Listed among the best of Vegas restaurants, Ceres is tucked in among the pools, gardens and waterfalls of the Spa Tower at the JW Marriott Las Vegas. Under the guidance of Executive Chef, Peter Sherlock, Ceres offers a classic American menu to tempt diners for breakfast or dinner, as well an extensive breakfast buffet. Menu offerings include morning favorites ranging from breakfast burritos to smoked salmon to a variety of cage-free egg dishes. For dinner, choose the lobster bisque or crab fondue from their list of sophisticated appetizers, and follow that up with a steamed ginger Thai snapper or center-cut beef filet with whipped potatoes, creamed spinach and truffle sauce. The atmosphere at Ceres is relaxing, yet upscale, boasting beautiful views, modern, elegant decor and a sophisticated lounge and bar. They're open for breakfast daily, and Tuesday through Saturday for dinner.
