I ordered wagyu beef medium... came well done.. I had much better onion rings at A&W.
My friend ordered salmon.. way toooooo dry

Handmade lobster ravioli were fantastic! That said, service was subpar for the price. Crab cake was dry, flavorless and not worth its name. Side dish of beets looked sad.

It was very nice to have this restaurant as part of our hotel stay.
Our poor server! We tried to order white wine off the menu and three times they did not have either available or even chilled. In the end they comped a cheap bottle of white wine that was just ok.
The appetizers were good (scallops, shrimp etc). The Sable fish was excellent but the steaks were just OK and they came with brick hard mummified inedible onion rings.
The experience was not up to the price point really except our server who had no support from a manager or other staff. The manager should have come over but instead left our waitress to struggle.
STOP! Don't go here.
There is no reason to visit this restaurant.
We were greeted very nicely but the evening went down hill from there. A chair that we almost sat in was disgustingly stained, the paper menu's appeared very well used.
Our bread was fine, our waiter was nice, however very poorly tained in service. Also having not heard of a Crantini, and said he was the bartender...
As far as mains, our short ribs were too sweet and the steak too salty. The onion rings were bad, overdone with a poor choice of breading/coating.
Starters of focaccia bread, olives and salad were nice but mains were disappointing and hugely overpriced. Beware the "Dover sole" - one of the most expensive items. It arrived, surprisingly, as a whole (head and tail) bone-in fish hanging over the sides of the plate. Our waiter did not offer to debone it, and had to be tracked down to bring a plate for the bones. The accompanying sauce was unpleasant too. To make matters worse, though the place was less than half full, we were seated very close to a table of three who talked (and swore) loudly for an hour. Decor is nice enough, but there was no background music of any kind and the overall ambiance was depressing.
A beautiful restaurant. Service definitely outstanding. Food was excellent & a very nice portion.

Great food and ambience. However, service was on the disappointing side. Or server walked around with a water pitcher and filled up glasses from people around our table, and completely missed our table. She went around the second time and failed to fill our cups when it’s been empty for quite some time. Other tables around us had the offer to get their bread tin refilled but we didn’t get the offer. On top of that, the server did not even ask if we were done with the meal and decided to give us the bill. We overheard other servers asking if the patrons wanted coffee or tea after their meal, but where was out offer? Last but not least, we waited half an hour for the server to show up and collect the money. She had the decency to hand us the bill but did not come up to us so that we could pay. What a waste of time! Not sure what her name was, but to be descriptive, she was caucasian while all the other servers were asian.
We went to C Prime because the Dine Out menu looked very tasty for $30 and it did not disappoint. The service was very good and the portions excellent for the price we paid. The mushroom gnocchi was delicious; I would go back to have it was a main! The mussels starter was nothing special, but tasty. There's a nice touch to the free bread which is seasoned nicely and accompanied by olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and olives with a nice presentation. The lamb main was fall-off-the-bone tender and paired with wilted spinach and a lovely purée. The dessert was a chocolate mouse cake in a portion that is almost too generous, accompanied by a bourbon vanilla gel to that I wish I had more of. They did a $20 dollar wine pairing with Dine Out, which was my only disappointment since it wasn't stated the size of the pairings and though priced reasonably, was small portions to which I would have rather had ordered stand alone glasses. Decor is lovely and the space is not too load. We all agreed we would go back.

Food was great, service was okay, but did not let us use the Opentable certificate because they had "never seen the cheque before". Initially seated us at the bar despite having made reservations specifically for a table, but moved us back after a table freed up.
Came here for Dine out with my boyfriend, the food was amazing! and for it being a restaurant in a hotel you didn't feel like it.
Even though it was a dine out menu it was sooooo good, I got the lamb as my main it just melted off the bone and in my mouth. My boyfriend got the snapper, which was also good but we both agreed the lamb was better and just so good.
Our server on the other had I wasn't too impressed with, he was very condescending, I got the vibe he was very old school fine dining trained server and we were 20 somethings in jeans (we'd dressed nice but still casual) he never smiled and seemed very unimpressed when I picked what my boyfriend was drinking (he'd ask me to surprise him) and even less impressed when I paid. For the most part he was an attentive server but he basically only addressed my boyfriend and seemed annoyed when I did anything so I was left with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth (except not cause like the food was amazing)
Came here for Dine Out and their service was spectacular. Not a single bad thing to say about my experience and I was pretty skeptical going in. Def worth!

The restaurant was very accommodating, they had a table for us even though we initially made a reservation for 8:30 but wanted to change it for 8:00. Our server was attentive, always made sure we had everything we needed. We never had to ask for our glasses to be refilled as she would come by on a regular basis. We opted for the dine out menu, the food was amazing. We also received complimentary garlic cheesy bread that was made in house, and our server took the time to explain what was in the bread and the condiments that came with it . All the courses were the right amount and they were just delicious!
Nice food and great wine selection, also good cocktails. Waitress was not so smiley although she was kind.

Went for DOVF 2018 and the food was very good. There were a few things that weren't 100% For example, the Red Snapper dish was quite average and we had an undercooked mussel in our mussel appetizer. But aside from that, the food was very good! Service wasn't bad but our server lacked energy and genuineness.

For what you get the food is horrendously overpriced. I don't know how they think it is reasonable. No wonder it's not busy at prime time.
We were staying at the hotel, which was very nice for the price. They gave us a buy one dinner, get one dinner free. The entrees were good, but their salad selection was poor and expensive.
This dining experience was wonderful and one of the very best in Vancouver.We dine out lots and in what is touted as the Best restaurants in Vancouver and none came close every dish that we had was top quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Thanks CPrime and a job well done.
It was OK not fabulous. The eatery is extremely dark & stark, the staff is friendly & the food OK. The restaurant is clearly in an upstart mode somewhat hidden away within the hotel & off Burrard. I will return to make a new experience!
Food was so so
The food was very good, and I really appreciated that the room was spacious, having enough space between tables and making it quiet. I don't like the back ground noise and music becoming foreground.
The service was good enough except that the server paid attention to only one of us and ignored the other (which is me) so completely. I don't need her love or anything, but as a basic manner, the server at least should have acknowledged my presence from time to time. At least, that's what I do when I serve others just to be polite : )
Oh, and also, I don't know any Italian or much about wine, so I showed the wine list and asked the server if "rosse" is "rose". I have red and white at home but no rose, so I wanted to have rose. The server answered yes and I ordered one from the list, and it was red. Very red.
One more thing, we ordered two kinds of pasta, and they were both very good, but they had very similar sauce. Since the server knew that we are sharing, it would have been great if she had suggested a different dish. Over all, not very impressive service, so I will probably not choose this place for a more important occasion.
Came here with my friends for dine out Vancouver because the menu caught my attention. There were so many choices and the choices were also different from other menus. Definitely very glad we decided on this location. The ambiance was very classy and romantic. I'll be coming back here for special occasions.

The restaurant was very beautiful. We were seated in a well populated section of the restaurant, but despite many servers being in close proximity multiple times, we sat unattended for over 10 minutes. I attempted to wave down a gentleman who seemed to be running away avoiding contact. We also weren't given a drink menu. When our server finally came around to talk to us we had plenty of time to decide what we were going to eat and ordered right away. We were poured water that tasted disgusting and had to wait until our appetizers to arrive before we could ask the expose to grab us some new glasses of water. The appetizers weren't bad. When our entrees arrived our order had been mistaken and we were brought a wrong dish. We were only a party of two ordering off of a dine-out menu so our order should have been easy enough. After going with no attention at the beginning of our visit it seemed like the server just couldn't get enough of us. She was constantly coming by to the point where it got quite annoying and felt like she was rushing us so she could end her shift. The lamb loin was delicious and I would absolutely order it again. The gnocci wasn't bad as well, very rich and filling. The lemon tart dessert was delicious as well, but it was really the only interesting choice on the dessert menu.
Great food. Went for dineout. Had the calamari steak for appetizer and it was really good.
Also, the lamb loin is amazingly tender.
