Great News, we are open again with indoor dining. If you are not able to dine out, please order online for pick-up from our full menu - go to our website to order online for pick up.

We offer Farm to Table Cuisine in a casual atmosphere with a seasonal menu featuring local produce, sustainable seafood, and all natural meats.
We support slow food.

Reservations are recommended.

Always an exceptional dining experience with the food (and wine) being wonderful. We took a friend there last night for her first time--she was visiting from Southern California and will be in Petaluma regularly during the next year due to work--and she said that she will definitely be coming back. Central Market remains our go-to pace for special occasions and when friends visit from out of town. Highly recommend it.

The host and waiters were personable and attentive. The menu had many appealing items. My wife and I settled on the cabbage rolls and roasted vegetables for starters. For our main dish, she ordered the fillet of sole and I the pork chop. For dessert, we shared the strawberry/rhubarb pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. All dishes were attractively presented, exceptionally prepared, and tasty. I topped the meal off with a rich tasting cappuccino. Always enjoy dining at Central Market. I highly recommend it.

Felt like we got the ‘B’ team on a Monday night. Salad was delicious. White bolognese was too dry. Pork was very good, though potato side was poor - soaked in vinegar. Service was friendly but had a Monday night “we don’t want to be here vibe.” Had higher expectations given reviews and $100 cancellation hold.

I love Central Market for so many reasons, but I will say the food and wine selection will never disappoint. Over the years the food has always been delicious and I’m excited to try new menu items. For instance, I can’t wait to try the pork chops the next time we go! Also, the wait staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I’d go here weekly if I could afford it!
