Awful happy hour food. Slow service. They are closing. That's good.
Very nice experience - shared the brussel sprouts and beef skewers and each had the Tuscan salad. Excellent service.
servive was good - food excellent - we will go back
Great place for brunch! The tres leche French toast is amazing, and the tacos are just as good from what I heard! Highly recommend Central Bistro!
Delicious variety. We ordered several small plates and every one of them was wonderful! Great wines too!
Was packed, so a lot noisier than usual. Can't beat the food, though.
Good service, inventive menu choices but the portions for shared plates were really small. We had five people and not everyone got to taste everything. I'd go again but it wouldn't be a rush to return.
The restaurant was almost entirely empty and they wouldn't sit us without our whole party there (of 4). It was just an unreasonable strict adherence to a policy that prevented us from spending MORE money...
Varied menu choices. All dishes executed well. Grilled octopus was especially memorable.
We had a good evening at CBB. The food was good service was a little slow seemed our server was in a large section. He was knowledgeable and made a great wine suggestion. We would add them to our rounds of the Highlands again.
Great neighborhood spot. Food is always delicious, staff always pleasant and the place just has a really good vibe!
Unfortunately, didn't notice burgers were overcooked until took a bite. The serving of fries was huge for the plate size. It would've been nice to have a side of salad or pickles instead of such a large portion of average tasting fries. Good drinks. Excellent server. A boisterous brunch crowd. Like the open air area. Would try again but make sure to check food first before trying.
Met a friend for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was busy, but not out of control. Due to crazy I-25 traffic, we were both late for the reservation. The hostess and wait staff were gracious and made me feel very comfortable waiting for my friend. Our waiter was perfect - always there when we needed something, yet didn't hover over us. I had an amazing spicy egg dish and went with the waiter's suggestion to add avocado. We had a 2 year old with us and the kid's menu was perfect.
All in all, it was a very nice lunch. Will definitely go back!
Had lunch at Central Bistro for the first time. Do not miss the Tuscan Green salad- I added grilled shrimp, avocado and an egg. DELISH! Also had a taste of the Baja Shrimp Tacos which were very tasty as well. Can't wait to return and try their dinner menu!
Great Brunch, but make a reservation before you go or it will be a wait.
Limited menu items but the 40% off wines $60 and under every Wednesday made up for it
Had a fantastic date night! Food and service were stellar. Even better it was Happy Hour all night! We will be back.
So yummy! Fabulous food, service, and ambiance. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone!
The food is delicious and the service is terrific! The Bistro has become a mandatory stop on my Denver trips.
Great food & ambience, the service could use some work on timing plates. Our app plates weren't cleared & we got our first course. Then we hadn't finished our first courses when our main came. Our server was not very attentive & could have had a nicer, cleaner appearance. But again the food was great!
Central is always a great place to go. The staff is excellent, the food tasty, and the drinks delicious!
One of the best dinners I've had. Staff was informative and extremely friendly. Food and drinks were spectacular. Fantastic place!!!
Went here for the first night of restuarant week and the menu was Fantastic!!! The entree cod dinner was out of this world delcious with the sauce. The roasted chicken entree was tasty, but paled in comparison next to the cod. THIS PLACE AND THE SERVICE WERE OUTSTANDING!!
Great bistro with an extremely lively bar and a quieter dining room. Tuesday and Sunday are all day happy hour with really awesome food and drink deals. Food is very good and they change up their menus often. Parking can be tough but highly recommend.
Love this place... Great creative brunch menu and service. Props to their dog friendly patio policy... Makes things entertaining and fun
Best meal I've had in some time. Familiar dishes with some complex flavoring and spiced, salted and timed perfectly.
Central Bistro always pleases us. We go there on Sundays because it is quieter then so we can hear each other. We both started with the shrimp taco, which small and a perfect blend of crunchy and softer ingredients. I had the oxtail ragu, which was rich and savory without being salty. It was more than I could eat but my husband was happy to finish it for me. He ordered the shaved octopus, which is a savory bigger small plate. I asked a lot of questions about the menu and got good cuatomer friendly answers such as could one of the salads be served without the apple - yes.
We were looking for a place for a late lunch and found this restaurant while searching Open Table. It looked good and wasn't too far, so we made a 2:00 reservation and headed over. As soon as we walked in we could not hear each other speak as it was INCREDIBLY LOUD. I mean, really, really loud. But we had the reservation and asked to be seated in the dining room, as far from the bar as possible. We were given small menus, which I thought were drink menus. When the server finally came to our table (it was now 2:09) I asked for menus and we were told that at 2:00 it became Happy Hour and so our only option was to order from the "bar food" menu, which was the one on our table. We observed plates of regular entrees coming from the kitchen and served to neighboring tables, so we asked if we could order from the regular menu. No such luck. We were told the kitchen was most definitely closed and we could not order anything but the bar food, even though we were seated in the dining room. (We had a 2:00 reservation - perhaps if we had been greeted promptly we could have put in our order quickly before the kitchen closed?) So, rather than extend us the courtesy the restaurant clearly preferred to have us leave, which is what we did. Server didn't seem too concerned either way. Unpleasant and unfortunate experience.
The food and service were outstanding. We sat in the bar area so there was a group that was a little too loud for our liking. Regardless, the experience exceeded our expectations for service in the bar area. We enjoyed our server immensely, as he was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back to this restaurant again!
A great fun place to spend a date night! The open air venue is awesome.
My second time having lunch here. Great location, parking is easy (not sure about evenings though). Food is very good, fresh.
Our waiter was very attentive and gave us great service. The tacos were delicious! The owner had stopped by at one point to see how our food was. I love this place!
The food and drinks at Central Bistro are wonderful. My wife and I love coming here for happy hour. Great atmosphere!
Food was good, but service was slow/spotty. Example our waiter bought out ketchup about 15 minutes after we started eating (we had requested it when food arrived)
This was my first time having brunch at Central, I have to be honest, I was a little disappointed. I absolutely love their dinner and happy hour, but the runch was not my favorite. I'll be back for dinner/apps!
We ended up just having happy hour as it's happy hour all night on Mondays. The mussels have great flavor just lower quantity in the happy hour portion. Also liked the taste of the meatball sliders but they were very small. Happy hour salad was perfect- food came out slow would like to return to try more options.
It's our go to brunch spot. Great food and bottomless mimosas.
Wonderful food, service, and atmosphere every single time!
Food was over or under on most items. Taste was not so great on all items ordered.
