Everything about the experience was wonderful. We had the Tasting Menu. Every course was delicious and artistically presented. We look forward to returning to Ceniza on our next trip.

Food and service were excellent. Wine list was outrages. Don’t understand why they don’t have more reasonable wines. Ambiance was ok. Setting was beautiful on the beach but I was surprised to see guests in swimsuit for a romantic evening dinner. I think a certain dress code should be maintained as this is not a walk up beach bar.

Javier the chef made an excellent meal and even more impressive presentation. Our server —didn’t have the chance to get his name but he was working on June 15 at 6:30 for my birthday and served us the only table that night. He was so attentive and gave me bug spray. I loved my experience at this restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I would like to start by saying the my wife and I did not eat here. We had every intention to do so. We arrived to find out that the menu was tremendously different than the one we read and researched online. If the menu would have been the same, we would have stayed. Unfortunately, the presented menu wasn’t to our liking with few options for us. The restaurant is in a lovely location right on the beach and in front of the beautiful Zihuatanejo waters. The staff were welcoming and friendly for the short time we were there.
