New experience at Cellar 55. Great atmosphere, beautiful decor and warm ambiance. Tristan our server was amazing, great recommendations, didn't rush us at all, everything was perfectly timed. Food and drink were spot on. The grouper melt was an amazing array of flavors, the Tuna tower for the table was very fresh and tasty, great BLT salad, Cajun risotto and the white negroni, smooth and intentional. The sourdough bread was an awesome start and the boursin divine. Great meal, can't wait to go back and try something else.

We do not live in Amarillo but was going to be here for our anniversary and my husband chose Cellar 55. We were very happy with the friendliness of staff, the food was awesome! It was perfect !!

I ordered a medium/medium well steak. It was delivered medium rare if not rare. Waitress quickly took it back and within 5 minutes it was returned (along with my sides) cooked to perfection. I am not a huge fan of Brussels Sprouts- but theirs are hands down the best I have ever had!!

Destiny was a fabulous server! Thank you for a very enjoyable evening. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, and the mashed potatoes with honey sprouts were so good! The crème brûlée was so tasty and the perfect size. We will be back and highly recommend!

Great menu options. Our server, Wes is VERY accommodating and attentive. Everything from starters to dessert are made to order. Incredible wine list and cocktails did not disappoint. This is our 4th visit and definitely not the last.

Our waiter was great, but the steak did not compare to steaks I've had at Ohms or Drunken Oyster.

Amazing as always. The owner came by twice and is the best manager for socializing and asking how everything was. Most managers / owners don’t take the time to do this anymore. The food was delicious and the presentation was perfect. We have been here several times and it’s always great. The hostess and some of the waitresses recognized us from coming here in the past and were quick to say hi. This always makes you feel appreciated and welcome. Love this place.
