   I booked two locations...Bar Soleil where service was awful, and Celeste where it was fabulous. For some reason, I was not credited for the Bar Soleil res where I had drink and appetizer. Food needs some improvement.

   This is the best restaurant in Anguilla. The view is incredible. The ambiance is chic & relaxed. The staff is very warm. Valda was wonderful. The food is the best we tasted on the island. Wine & champagne by the glass served icy cold. Desserts delicious. The hotel is the most beautiful. We were at the Four Seasons but dined here 3 times during our Anguilla vacation. It was awesome.

   Food, ambiance and service were excellent. We stayed at the Four Seasons but had dinner at Celeste. Liked it so much we went back for breakfast the following morning and it was also excellent. Beautiful views.

    The food was okay but not up to the expectations of a resort and restaurant. There one item of tempura jalapeño was something you would expect to find at an eating contest for a ghost pepper. It just seemed like it was out of the season time for them.

    The view is stunning and the vibe is relaxed. The food is amazing. We had the red snapper both ways and while the whole snapper was better they were both fantastic. The coconut cake is an individualized cake, delish! Also, great cocktails and mock tails. Excellent service, they took such great care of us. We ended the night at the bar next to the restaurant with cocktails and live music. The singer had a lovely voice. What a perfect evening.

    Amazing property. The staff was wonderful and all our food was excellent. We had steak, crayfish, blackened mahi, lobster bisque. Etc. It was all so good!! And the sides were equally as amazing. Grilled corn, yuca fries, sweet potato purée. We can’t recommend this spot enough.

    Not that it mattered but I did say tell them when I made the reservation that it was our anniversary dinner. They even confirmed that when I confirmed the reservation. While we were there, nothing. No recognition. Again it didn’t really matter but would it have been nice, yes. If you market yourself as high end, you should take care of the details. They also mixed up our order. My dinner was served. 15 minutes later my wife’s food came. Mistakes happen but again, it’s sloppy. Never asked if we wanted more wine. Never asked if we wanted coffee at the end. The servers were nice but didn’t really care one way or another if we were there. Food was below average and for sure the worst of the trip. Ember, Mango’s, Veya and Jacala were much better and the service was exceptional. I should have known that a hotel restaurant does not have the same attention to detail that an establishment owned by someone whose livelihood depends on its success. Don’t go. Many other better options.

    It was quiet and the food was amazing! We finally had our crayfish! Luckily we were still having dinner when the July 4th fireworks started. A very beautiful view and restaurant.

    Beautiful resort, Beautiful al fresco restaurant! We enjoyed a quiet dinner for 2 at Celeste. Watched the sunset as we dined on fresh yellowtail and red snapper. The service was fantastic! So many Caribbean drinks to chose from! A memorable dinner. If you vacation in Anguilla, don't miss dinner at Celeste!

    My husband and I had an all around wonderful dining experience at Cafe Celeste; from the beautiful furnishings, ambiance, extremely delicious high quality food, to the welcoming kind knowledgable general manager and waitstaff. We had the branzino which was done to perfection (skin perfectly crispy), artichokes with a delicate dressing flawlessly executed. Although we weren't staying on property we had a chance to walk through the communal areas that were gorgeous - so well designed with a European flair. And of course you can't beat the stunning view. Last but not least he staff on arrival and departure were so professional and welcoming.
