   Staff was extremely rude and couldn’t care less about the customer experience. Completely ignored a 30th birthday request on the reservation. Management was initially responsive, but the way they came over to the table non apologetic at the end sealed the deal. They do not care about the customer experience and as a local I will make sure no one I know comes here

   We are avid Mexican food fans and Ceiba, without a doubt, is the best high end innovative Mexican food and drink restaurant we’ve ever been to. Leo our server was exceptional as was the fine dining experience- not a regular occurrence at Mexican restaurants. The cocktail menu is outstanding as is Ceiba’s tequila and Mezcal collection (we are also tequila and mezcal collectors). Our only regret is that we rarely visit Orlando so we have no idea when we will be back 🥲

   Views are very nice. You can see the Magic Kingdom fire works. Very loud in restaurant. Avocado and crab dip fantastic. Tacos were just ok.

   The food was excellent but way overpriced. Wine and cocktails cost a small fortune. We were expecting resort prices, but this was over the top. Noise level was like eating in a high school cafeteri. They need to do something with the acoutstics. Service was fine, albeit our waiter was somewhat dismissive.

   Let’s start with the host stand, Michael, Caroline, and Manager Taylor are there to greet you with such a family like attitude. It’s super luxurious. Walking through the terrace to your table really makes you feel like you’re apart of the vision this restaurant has. You want Michelin style service? This is the place for you. The server, Christian, and the assistants Kyle, and Allen really drove the experience for me. Ceviche De Hamachi, and Ceiba Guacamole to start. Steak dish, aka, “arrachera” for the main course. Just an unreal flavorful experience. The bartenders Andrew, Jimmy, Tony, and Melanie were FANTASTIC. I highly Recommend the treasure, the best cocktail I’ve ever head, but that was before I had the Cafe De Olla, which was a mezcal beverage with a bit of chocolate and some café as well. I could go on about how this place really impresses you, but from the Front of the House, to the ones who deliver your food in Jose and Jesus, it’s just a truly phenomenal experience and it was for me and my family. Give the cincuenta cincuenta a try if you are into old fashioned types of beverages. The managers Rob and Taylor made sure everything was the way it should be and will help you feel at home. Christian brought phenomenal service, some of the most luxurious I’ve ever felt. 10/10 this place deserves the reviews and attention it gets.

   The staff was very slow. It took 20 min for us to get service and after we had to go to the bar to get our own drinks; since the waiter was never around.

   Great food, great ambience and great customer service. Special thanks to Leonardo for making our dining experience unforgettable. Will definitely come again next time.
