   Gus was warm , welcoming and knowledgeable about his wines and food. Suggested wine was really good. Food was unique with a Spanish and Argentinian style. We really enjoyed our experience! The fried ceviche was our favorite!!

   We are vacationing in Madrid this week for spring break with our teenage son and ate at this lovely wine and tapas bar twice on our trip. Gustavo and Shishir were so warm and friendly, they made us feel just as welcome as the locals. Everything we ordered was delicious from the Iberian jamon to the salmon tartare with mango and kiwi to their refreshing and unusual variations of schnitzel and veal dishes. Their wine selection was excellent and we highly recommend you visit Cedrón!

   This cozy and rustic restaurant is an amazing gem in a city full of tapas and wine bars. Cedron is exceptional for the food, wine and hospitality it generously serves up. Gustavo. co owner, is passionate, knowledgeable and very personable. It’s evident that he and his team truly care about food, wine and ensuring their diners have a wonderful experience. Go, see and taste for yourself - you will fall in love!

   Finding this restaurant just a block from where we were staying was a wonderful surprise. The area is full of tapas bars and we were happy to find a small, warm and inviting spot to have dinner. The owner (who spoke english!) was so happy to explain all of the dishes and took great pride in the ingredients. I highly recommend this gem!

   Amplia selección de vinos y muy buen servicio. Todo lo que pedimos estaba riquísimo y creo que tienen una de las mejores tartas de queso que he probado. Recomendadísimo, volveré seguro.

    Exquisite meal with extraordinarily friendly service in a most charming setting. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our experience at Cedran Wine Bar. Special thanks to our hosts, Gustavo and Ana, who provided a very high level of personalized service and attention. What a treat to find this gem while visiting Spain. For those of you browsing dining options, the menu here might seem basic but the flavones of each dish are anything but. They are just divine. Read the reviews and give it a try. We loved it so much we made another reservation while enjoying our dinner 💙

    The menu is limited. We had a burger and it was way under cooked; we sent it back and we ended up getting a burn burger. The croquetas were still frozen in the middle. Such a disappointment

Your collegue liked her milanesa. I also told you it was not a normal situation. I excused and invited you to come over again for free. That day we had problems in the restaurant. Nevertheless you decided to qualify us w/ 1 star. Causing damage to our familiar enterprise. I understand but I cannot agree. Regards.

    Hands down the best meal we had in Madrid. Food was incredibly fresh and seasonal, service was friendly and helpful and the wine was fantastic. Don’t skip the dessert, either. Price point is also solid for the overall quality; very good value. We will be back.

    I had the loveliest dinner here. The food, first of all, was so incredibly delicious that I was savoring every bite. Do yourself a favor and get the Burrata. Our waiter was so helpful and passionate about the food and drinks. They had an expansive wine list as well. This restaurant is also nestled in a really cool area that you can walk around after dinner!!! Highly recommend!

    Precioso y acojedor restaurante en la latina, platos riquísimos con productos de primera calidad, y precios solidarios, imperdibles el vitello tonnato y la milanesa napolitana. La atención es personalizada y calurosa. Ha ganado un lugar en mi lista de restaurantes favoritos.
