    Good (not great) food. Bread and nutty flat crackers were awesome. Crab cakes were decent and salad and burger was good. Sides were meh. Excellent service.

    It took forever to get our food, we kept eating bread because we were starving… food came very late and cold. The waiter apologized and later the manager apologized and offered us a free dessert, which we did not want (after eating bread for 45 plus minutes)- the last thing we wanted was a dessert… some discount on the meal would have been much better… service was very disappointing.

    Wonderful dining experience! Our waitress Sophia was incredible which made our first time dining experience wonderful. Will definitely be returning, hoping the Autumn menu still available - so many great choices!!!

    Great food! Wonderful staff. This is my second time at this restaurant and I’m definitely going back. Staff were very friendly as soon as I came in the door. Everyone smiling. Food is excellent! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

    Our waiter was terrible! I think we saw him four time the whole time we were there 6-8 we were there. A time around us turnover 3 three times before we even got our food. He never asked if we needed more to drink or how everything was. It was very sad because usually I like this restaurant

    I introduced the restaurant to friends from the Westside of Cleveland and they were very impressed with the service as well as the food. I'm still disappointed the lobster bisque and calamari, as it was has been discontinued. Overall, we enjoyed the evening.+

    We had a party of 6 and I was so happy that they put us in the front table with the curtains. We got to have our own private party. It was wonderful. The food was amazing. My husband loved the pork chop. And I got the trout. wow so good. I also asked for sauce on side and they did just as I asked. Love the place!!

    We had another great dining experience at the Cedar Creek Grill. Mike our server was fantastic and the food was excellent. The restaurant was just wonderful from every measure. Can't wait to get back!

    Having eaten at Cedar Creek numerous times with no issues, our service this time was far from normal. I believe our waiter was upset that we did not order any drinks. We never got bread after asking, when we ordered coffee he never asked if we needed cream and after waiting I went up to the stand and asked for cream and a spoon and never asked if we want a refill.

    We made reservations shortly before our arrival - so glad it went through on Open Table. Restaurant wasn't crowded, though, and our server was excellent! We ordered the Walleye special and the NY Strip steak. Both were delicious and had generous portions. By the time we finished, the restaurant had many more patrons. So glad that they are open on Sundays!

    When we first arrived, we were put on the patio where no one else was located. It kind of felt like we were stuck in the corner. Then, after about 10 minutes, another host came in and we asked to be moved. Once moved, our experience was great! Will definitely be going back in the future.

    We enjoyed a leisurely Saturday lunch/brunch. So many good choices! We were pleased with our chef's choice omelet, steak frites and a chopped salad (which was a WOW!). The service was friendly, attentive, befitting a classy restaurant. We were enormously pleased.

    Great food and knowledgeable service, taking care to ensure food was prepared to avoid food allergies. Great, diverse children’s menu, offering items like grilled salmon - a refreshing change from chicken fingers and macaroni and cheese!

    Waiter was excellent and food was good. However, the 12 of us in my party are unlikely to return. Very poor customer relations from management about seating us near one another. It was a major struggle from the get-go in communicating with the staff and management. There were occasions of no one answering the phone during business hours. There was also a very labored process that I had to go through in making my reservations for 12 people. I was directed to email Abby Fechter and told I would get a response within 24-48 hours. Your restaurant should make all reservations immediately when a customer calls! I’m I had received both a text and and email to confirm a table of six the day before arrival. I had made reservations for two tables of six, and it wasn’t clear if the text and email were referring to the same table or the two tables I had requested. Therefore, I called the restaurant to make sure to confirm both tables. The receptionist on the phone had me repeat several times the information I was giving her. Because of such poor customer relations I know I will not be returning and I have also shared with other friends my experience with your restaurant. Word of mouth, both good and bad is important for any business.
