Join us in the charming Cedar + Elm dining room for a artfully curated dining experience, crafted course by course by the hands of Executive Chef Luke Kolpin. Experience the best of the bounty of each season through thoughtful renderings of Northwest cuisine with his signature Nordic touch, taken from years at restaurant NOMA in Copenhagen. Let us guide you through 5 courses of meticulously plated offerings, leaving nothing to be desired. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if any dietary restrictions or allergies need to be accommodated. Optional wine pairings are $65 per person. This modern and joyful take on tea pays homage to its rich history, while providing an unforgettable & approachable experience.

Make dad's dreams come true at The Lodge at St. Edward with a BBQ lunch prepared on the Asado Grill with local canned beers available for purchase. Additional available whiskey flight inside at Tonsorium Bar. Spend the day creating memories and enjoying our expansive back lawn, complete with lawn games, while surrounded by the lush forests and trails of St. Edward State Park. To sweeten the pot, we're giving one lucky dad a future overnight stay during the British Field Meet Car Show on July 12, 2025.
