We are two New York hospitality industry veterans, and Cecily is our Greenpoint home. Originally conceived during the pandemic as a mission-driven neighborhood restaurant with a deep and thoughtful wine list, where we could provide our employees meaningful profit sharing and ownership, and our guests incredible service. Cecily values a sense of place and neighborhood, delicious sustainable food, and responsible stewardship in our community.

Amazing experience. Super super kind waiters even though I got stuck in crazy traffic and arrived super late to my reservation Ambiance and food were a 10/10, super top. I’m happy we chose this place We’ll be back!

There is a reason I have been here four times. The food is seasonal and wonderfully prepared. There service is impeccable. Cecily is the best restaurant in Greenpoint.

We looked forward to visiting as the restaurant was chosen as a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide. In fact it was like a wine bar. We were satisfied with the service by the staff. The only complaint was the food volume, which was too small. It doesn't mean they have a good cost-performance.

10/10 — this is the restaurant to dine at. Gorgeous menu. Gorgeous ambience. Incredible staff. The crown jewel of Greenpoint. We’ll definitely be back.

We shared a salad and each had an egg sandwich. What might be rudimentary in the hands of another chef was unusual and special. Each bite popped with flavor and happy surprise at the imaginative mix of ingredients. Definitively want to return.
