We are two New York hospitality industry veterans, and Cecily is our Greenpoint home. Originally conceived during the pandemic as a mission-driven neighborhood restaurant with a deep and thoughtful wine list, where we could provide our employees meaningful profit sharing and ownership, and our guests incredible service. Cecily values a sense of place and neighborhood, delicious sustainable food, and responsible stewardship in our community.

    Aug 17, 2025 only
    Chef Eric Huang of Pecking house joins us for a one-night only Cecily pop-up. Eric will be putting down the fried chicken for the evening and honoring his favorite Chicago Institution - Hot Doug's (RIP!) Eric will be grilling up three specialty dogs, plus duck fat fries and all the Cecily drinks you need to was them down. Walk-ins welcome, but availability may be limited.

    Wonderful place! Delicious food and an amazing wine list. We tried a glass of white from the. canary Islands and we’re quite pleased. Some very, very nice wines available. Every small plate we tried (6-7) was unique and tasty. We’ll definitely be back.

    Amazing experience. Super super kind waiters even though I got stuck in crazy traffic and arrived super late to my reservation Ambiance and food were a 10/10, super top. I’m happy we chose this place We’ll be back!

    There is a reason I have been here four times. The food is seasonal and wonderfully prepared. There service is impeccable. Cecily is the best restaurant in Greenpoint.

    We looked forward to visiting as the restaurant was chosen as a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide. In fact it was like a wine bar. We were satisfied with the service by the staff. The only complaint was the food volume, which was too small. It doesn't mean they have a good cost-performance.
