In support of the regulations issued by the city of New York, Cecconi’s Dumbo is now open for outdoor seating until 11pm.

Cecconi’s Dumbo is a modern day classic Italian restaurant near Brooklyn Bridge park, specializing in hand-made pasta, wood-fired pizza and other Italian staples. Originating in Venice and with outposts in London and West Hollywood, Cecconi’s has become a critically acclaimed dining destination featuring simply prepared Venetian inspired food.

With waterfront views of the Manhattan Skyline, join us in our main dining room, bar or patio dinner and weekend brunch seven days a week.

Alan, our server, was absolutely amazing and made our experience even better. The truffle pizza and the filet mignon were absolutely incredible. The negroni we shared was also incredibly smooth and delicious. The dessert of chocolate chip cookies and profiteroles was OUT OF THIS WORLD. We were lucky enough to be seated outside with the view and it was a perfect night. If you haven’t eaten here yet you must!

Man zahlt hier die Atmosphäre und Lage, aber kaum die Qualität. Die Lobster-Spaghetti schmeckten nach nichts. Hab vom Schatz etwas Rauke und Burrata von der Pizza zu den Spaghetti gemischt, damit es wenigstens nach etwas Italien schmeckte. Der Schinken auf der Pizza hatte auch wenig mit gutem SanDaniele zu tun. Kein PizzaMesser und kein Löffel für die Pasta. Kein Pfeffer oder ChilliÖl, kein Parmesan für die Nudeln. Aber dafür gesalzene Preise für die Aussicht. Hier fehlt einfach die Liebe in der Küche. Leider. Sorry!

The food was extremely disappointing. Especially as it relates to pricing. Beautiful space as always but really felt the food has declined since my last visit a year or two prior.

My family and I were happy to sit outside on Memorial Day. Our server didn’t take long to greet us and take a drink order. We ordered 3 apps and 2 pizzas. One of our apps never arrived. We also had to constantly ask for more water for our daughter who was drinking tap water, despite it being 80 degrees outside. The octopus we ordered as an app was tender and delicious. The pizzas were fresh and tasty. My husband ordered a glass of wine that was taken to the wrong table and then walked around the patio section for a solid 2 minutes before he received it. When we asked for the check we were given the wrong check which our server quickly acknowledged and swapped out. We paid table side and left happy enough. Would return knowing that service isn’t the best

I have NEVER left a negative review however this will definitely take the cake as my worst restaurant experience. We waited over 30 minutes on a line and there was no separate line for walk in reservations vs people like me who booked a reservation ahead of time. When we finally got through the entranceway, the person at the front doing check in was laughing with colleagues and had absolutely no sense of urgency that the line for people checking in FOR THEIR RESERVATIONS was wrapped around to the entrance of Time Out. She asks if we wanted outdoor or indoor seating and when we answer outdoor, she looks around on her ipad for a minute and says outdoor would not be an option but she'll get us the best table in the house (should not have even offered this however I understand mistakes). Then as we enter the dining room, we see 75% of the space is empty tables and a ton of staff standing around doing nothing... The table we were seated at had a decent view but was HORRIBLE and so uncomfortably low to the ground. We were also seated practically on top of the people next to us. We got a round of drinks then booked a seafood restaurant across the street, got our check and had a lovely time over there

We came from texas. Our daughter’s proposal was set in DUMBO and I contacted special events ahead of time. Jillian was so very helpful and arranging all of the details to make it perfect. When we arrived, the manager knew the whole scenario and was very helpful as well. They gave my daughter’s boyfriend and his dad a shot of whiskey and led them out of the restaurant to get to the proposal spot ahead of our daughter. When we returned after the proposal, everyone knew and cheered for them. They made the night extra special.
