The view is amazing 🤩 the food is incredible 😋 love this restaurant
The food and wine portions have gotten skimpier and the kale salad I ordered had several yellow leaves. Service was slow as well.
Long wait time even with reservations, food was just okay. Pretty loud
Everything was great. Food service. Will definitely be back.
Branzino was on the all day menu but the waiter didn’t want to put in the order since it was Sunday at 3pm. He said it wasn’t available until 4pm, we asked again at 3:30pm and he was able to do it then. This almost was the reason I left, I was starving and always enjoy my time at cecconis- usually the waiters and chef make accommodations for the customer- this time was an exception, but I ended up getting the Branzino anyhow so it worked out.
We had an amazing brunch at Cecconi's. The location and ambiance is first class - and we had an great table outside with a wonderful view of the river and bridges. The only complaint may be that the service was a bit slow and we had to request certain things a few times - but it was a very busy brunch service so it was to be expected. Overall - highly recommend Cecconi's!
Love the food , location, & service!
SUPER BEAUTIFUL PLACE, EXCELLENT VIEW VERY RECOMMENDED
The service was horrible and food came out very late and very cold.
I can’t express how amazing, the service was. From the moment my party and I arrived the host/manager was very welcoming and accommodating which I absolutely loved. Then our amazing waiter Tara, she is the absolute best so attentive, and great with suggestions and made sure we were all good with food, drinks. The food topped off the amazing service. Anything that was ordered was amazing. I absolutely loved everything about cecconi’s everyone was amazing which made the dining experience even better…. Thank you
Always a great ambiance and solid food.
We booked as soon as the reservation window opened for a bachelorette dinner and asked for one of the
The view was amazing and the food was excellent. The accommodated our seating arrangements. However they never told us how expensive bottled water was.
The view of the Brooklyn bridge was fantastic along with the service.
Amazing experience and the staff was great!
Should not have sat me behind gross bushes. Should have accommodated when I nicely asked to be moved to one of the several empty open tables.
This place is all ambiance, nothing else! I was looking for a place to have an event next spring and this place was a natural choice, we had dinner there to try the food out and boy were we disappointed. My crowd are huge foodies, good food is a MUST, I get it these days beautiful people go to beautiful places for the insta-photos, but is it too much too want good food from a restaurant!? if your going here for the optics then it don't get much better than this in Brooklyn! but if your going for the optics and GOOD food, then go someplace else!
The waiter was very inattentive and rude. He brought over our food in silence. He did not say enjoy your meal or ask if we wanted anything else, he just placed our food on the table and walked away. He treated my mom and I like we were not welcomed. The waiter was a medium complexion bald black guy who really should not be working there. He made our overall experience very unpleasant and unwelcoming. We will definitely not be returning, nor will we recommend friends or family.
My new favorite!
Branzino was phenomenal.
Waiter was perfect.
Grest Food great place!!
Started out in the bar area for a pre dinner cocktail and loved the historic feel of the restaurant. Opted to eat outside in a very nice area close to the river. A great overall meal experience.
I’m always at this spot. Amazing experience. The costumer service is very good. The food is always great!!
My only critique is that there are so many tables available for walk ins. It’s a shame the management kept turning people claiming they are only taking reservations. I never found that to be cool.
Really great ambiance and good food. Would go back!
Gran vista, la terraza es súper agradable! La pasta con langosta deliciosa!
Server is no good ! Rude ! She never back in check in the tanle
Beautiful space, very large, decorated in a century-ago style: mosaic floors, crystal chandeliers, plants with large leaves, brass rail at the bar.
The food was all very good. Try, especially, the octopus from the wood-fired oven.
Service was very friendly and attentive, and there were plenty of staff. (And they bravely wore jacket and tie on a warm and wet July evening.)
We ate on the terrace with the river view. As twilight fell, we watched both bridges, the carousel, and the Manhattan shoreline light up.
The menu is mostly Italian classics, which is fine by me, but others at the table thought the choices were limited -- lots of sections but each section only has 3 or 4 items -- and a few were expensive.
Finally, note that the restaurant has a very nice wine list. Mostly Italian wine, of course, but many good choices at reasonable prices.
The hostess sucks. We had reservations yet when we checked in we were told to wait, with several other parties who had reservations. Meanwhile walk up groups of the same size were being seated ahead of us. Just idiotic.
We then ended up sitting at a table with the AC dripping on 3/4 seats next to the bathroom with no window view.
The experience was marred by dripping water from AC unit upon our clothes and upon the table.
Beautiful restaurant. Great service, delicious food, comfortable outdoor seating with lovely view of the bridges. Will definitely go back!
Place is beautiful and staff was warm and helpful. Eggplant parm was mostly cheese. Pasta bolognese was dry. Salmon was good. Chickpea and avacado dip was very bland but the veggie that accompanied it were great. Overall disappointing.
Lovely atmosphere and great service. The food is delicious and the drinks are divine.
Always amazing. Service was great and food was tasty. Can’t wait for the next time! Love the outdoor seating.
Great food and drinks with an outstanding view of the city. Wonderful spot for a special celebration!
I took my fiancee for a anniversary dinner and the place fulfilled my expectations and hers. It was a very nice experience and a balance between intimacy and good vibe.
one of my favorite places. great food, service, views.
Yesterday was my birthday and i love it 🥰🥰🥰 thank you for kast night
Food was excellent. Service was awful.
Perfect spot for “lunch with a view” of the Brooklyn Bridge. Food and service were very good. We will be back.
