I was stuck in NYC for Thanksgiving so booked a table at Cecconi’s — an incredible Thanksgiving meal where the dishes kept on arriving. Thanks to all especially Mike for making the day so memorable.
the food was excellent and the service was nice. The Octopus and the eggplant parmesan are my favorite dishes.
Double date night. Perfect indoor atmosphere, and perfect back drop of the bridge.
Everything was very nice. The pasta was undercooked though. Sad the 10 ok curfew they really have to kick people out. Overall the food tasted great.
Love this restaurant. It's my 2nd time here and the food is amazing. Overall, our experience was good. We did wait for over 20 min for a table with a heater and the hostess didn't seem to have much enthusiasm or sense of urgency. The waitstaff seemed very overwhelmed and it was a little difficult to order drinks. We did sit at our table without drinks for quite a bit.
I will be back because the food and views are amazing.
Great service and great food
We made a reservation for 7:15pm for outdoor dining seeing that the restaurant has heaters outside. When we arrived we learnt that they don’t have enough heaters for every table and that we can sit outside without a heater if we’d like. While these were happening, it was around 40F outside. Clearly, they overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us. We waited for 45 mins and then asked to see the manager. The manager, with his incredible rude attitude, told us that they have limited heaters and that we can’t expect them to “build” what they don’t have. He somehow needed to mention that we made the reservation only days ago and that if we had a reservation for an earlier time, we could have gotten a heater. I never experienced such behavior in a restaurant before. Also, note that there weren’t anyone sitting outside without a heater when we arrived. In the end, since it was already pretty late to go somewhere else, we accepted sitting inside and had a quick dinner. The tuna tartare lacked any flavor, but the other dishes we tried were good. Nothing extraordinary though. I don’t expect to go there again.
Been here a few times, always had a great experience but yesterday was not so great. Came in to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday but the server was just so rude & took very long to bring us our drinks & food. He was insisting us to order appetizer and food together since the kitchen will be closing soon ( we ordered at 8pm they close at 10) my fiancé and I always came around the same time on our previous visits, never got that treatment. I had set up for a birthday dessert at the end, cancelled that because the service was just not great.
Server/Waiter was very attentive, ambience was calm (super calm/chill vibes), omg views of the water hello? Even tho it was cold; it was still nice seeing it thru the window! Food was to die for, service was awesome and would def come again!
Came for my wife’s birthday and sat outside on the water. It was absolutely gorgeous. The pizza was a bit underwhelming but the lamb Raghu was to die for!
An amazing dining experience. My lady and I loved everything, and our filet muffins mignons were cooked to perfection!
View, ambiance everything was perfect! Food was delicious!
Everything was amazing especially the food and the view. I sat outside and the Brooklyn Bridge and the NYC lights view was amazing!!
Food was so good, better than what we expected. View was amazing. Nothing to pick on, will go back....
amazing! great food and fantastic waiter. would recommend.
Best pasta and best pizza ever !!!! The ambient and the view WOW!!!
Everything went well.
Great setting backdrop...food can be better.we need more heaters for outdoor seating.
Loved the view and the food. a little expensive but well worth it!
Beautiful place with great food! Service was excellent.
Such a wonderful time. Cecconi’s is a regular spot for me. I’m a loyal fan. Looking forward to my return.
I have been here many times. I love the outside tables and the view. Food is delicious, but pricey.
Favorite restaurant! Food is always amazing and you can't beat the view!
Love the ambience. The outdoor seating with view is beautiful. Food is great. My only issue was the waiter seemed a bit cold. He wasn’t warm and welcoming. I heard a person at another table call him a wise guy because he seemed short in replying to a question they have. Other than that I would definitely go back. Highly recommend
Even though I arrived an hour late to my reservation they still gave us an outside table with a reasonable time to eat on my 7 yr anniversary. THANK YOU!
Outstanding service 👏
Food was amazing
Very bad service
Cecconi's Dumbo has an amazing outdoor seating area with a full view of the river and two bridges. Stunning!
The restaurant could easily slack off on food and still be highly popular, but that is not the case. The selection is limited and well though-out and prepared in general.
The food was amazing and the views even better. The staff was attentive and pleasant. Truly recommend for an everyday dinning or for a special occasion. The lobster pasta was amazing and the salmon as well. Burrata and tuna tartare must have for apps! The tuna tartare had a Lemonish taste to it which was delicious!
Amazing highly recommend. The crostini’s were the best thing on the menu. Must have
This was our first time at the restaurant and we did not have a nice experience. First of all let me say that the ambiance and atmosphere was very welcoming and the calamari we got was delicious. After that it all went downhill. There was no bread on the table while we waited on our meal. The mohito drink was drowning with ice so we had to scoop it out with our hand because the table had no spoons to get to the drink at the bottom. My husband’s pasta need to cook a little more and the fillet migon they said was 12oz which was more like 3oz. And to top it off the bill was ridiculous. They should called this place ce-NO-mi’s . I will not be dining here again.
Great time the food the service and it was quiet and exactly what i wanted for date night
Excelente servicio y la comida deliciosa! La mejor vista al puente de brooklyn
Outdoor view of the bridge/Manhattan waterline is outstanding. Service was great, too.
Always a delight from beginning to end the wait staff is superb as is the menu. We’ll always return to this quintessential New York dining experience.
Every table outside is covered and has its own heat lamp. Going into colder weather, this will remain a great outdoor dining option. Food was delicious!
Absolutely perfect in every way! Excellent food and service. Highly recommend!
awesome views from under the brooklyn bridge - food was really good and nice wine selection
It was absolutely amazing from upon arrival to leaving and paying the bill everybody was so polite and so friendly that it literally gave such an amazing experience on top of the view and all of the amazing food can’t wait to come back!!!!
Amazing view and great food. Loved it. It was a great experience, and we celebrated a birthday. The overall experience was good.
