The food was amazing probably your best value, but.. i did wait for a table outside and i said whenever its ready take your time but it was important the view for social media, because im a review wariter for my work, i get an a tablet outside after 40 min but with a wall in the middle a small one and it was cold and when i did ask to move to the next table that was 2 of him empty with a wharmer oven i was tolt that because it was for 4 people and we’re 2 it’s not possible, after 30 min a couple just was sitting there.. just imagine what i feel, the restaurant was very expensive but the food was worth it, the fillings aren’t..

Die Vorspeise kam aus dem Kühlhaus und der Rest war eher lieblos zubereitet. Das Restaurant lebt nicht von der Qualität von Essen und Service und war trotzdem voll. Also die Lage ist toll und der Name Soho House zieht das Publikum an. Die Stimmung war aber entspannt und fröhlich.

We go there often and have never experienced such bad service. Half of the food was cold and it took almost an hour to be served our dinner. For the prices, the service has to be better. We live across the street and will not go backfor awhile.

Very nice location/ambiance, but food was average! And service felt rushed, not much follow up to see how meals were or if we needed more drinks. I think they want to move you quickly to fill the table again.

I’ve lived in NYC for 20 years and came with a cousin from a London for the views. The hosts are always terrible, service is terrible but the food is ok. Your best bet is to sit at the bar and eat.

It was truly a nightmare, nearly no service, waiters walk by pretending nothing happen, talking rudely when ask for help. We asked to sit outside but we’re arranged to sit in a corner with two huge umbrellas blocking all the view, train passing by every few minutes and it’s extremely loud. Lobster has strong fishy smell. Both the amount and price can’t compare with other Italian restaurants. A pizza and pasta cost over 100 dollars witch definitely not worth the price.

Awful hostess Brianne. A queue of 30 people making sense once we met the “host” Brianne. Unprofessional, rude, incompetent, extremely unfriendly. After her awful disrespectful behaviour, we asked to see a manager to hear from her “yeah I texted him” a blatant lie. The welcome is awful and unfortunately the food was average not making up for the unpleasant woman at the front. Cecconi LA is so much better!

Inattentive wait staff. Was not concerned at all with our experience: he did not communicate the specials to us and rarely came to check on us. Diners like to feel as though they are being taken care of, and this experience was quite the opposite. Food was good, not great. Ambiance is great.

We were there at 5:00 on a Tuesday. So, it was quiet. Food and drinks were delicious. It's a lovely spot with some seats outside and a lovely view. The inside of the restaurant is also beautiful. A great place!

We went here last night to celebrate our sons birthday. I ordered the spaghetti with lobster, my husband and son shared the 32oz steak with the roasted potatoes. My cousin ordered the rigatoni bolognese and her husband the special chicken parmigiana. Everyone seemed to enjoy their respective dishes except my husband and son. The steak came out cold, sent back to the kitchen, but came out the exact same. At this point we didn’t bother sending it back a second time and just took a loss. It was an unseasoned and poor quality steak. Wouldn’t recommend ordering this if I were you, especially not for $165.
