Excellent moment. Perfect place, service, food, and looking for your comfort.
Great food, portions were small for the mail meal however, the desserts were decently sized!
Would go again though.
The service was appalling.
One asked for a salad with main course. Never arrived
Asked for a cookie with coffee. Told not a problem. Never arrived
Service was surly slow and not good
Gorgeous place with live jazz.
The food was very nice.
Friendly staffs and really great vibes
Way too loud. Tables so close together I was practically sitting at the next table
First visit Lovely Food Great Service and great
Great space and the food and service were exceptional.
Food average. Sent back limp salad and was returned exactly as before. Overpriced. You are paying for ambience.
Very good italian food in a lively environment. The live music was a bit to noisy but the ambiance was brillant.
Great restaurant, great atmosphere really average food. Starters and deserts were great, main courses were very bland and tasteless. Disappointing.
The restaurant is situated in the lobby of the Ned, surrounded y other restaurants and in the middle a cool live band on Friday nights! After dinner you can dance ! Such fun, I will totally be back :)
Great vibe, beautiful location.
The food was fantastic, service was great. We really loved our dinner at the Ned!
This was our first time at this branch and it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived we had the most friendly attentive service, even though they were fully booked. The wonderful Didric made a wonderful wine choice which was fabulous. Paulo really looked after us and made great recommendations and made sure we have everything we needed. We will definitely be returning soon!
The vegan set menu was poor value for money. Group of 7 so were compelled to take it.
The fact that there were no Yorkshire puddings on the Sunday feast was a bit disappointing
Hostess was quite abrupt.
I made the booking 9 weeks in advance and was given a table that everyone would have been bumping into us on the buffet. When I enquired politely if there was a slightly more conferable table if was made very clear that the hostess was irritated!
Our waiter Georgios was outstanding! Really friendly and attentive!! A credit to the Ned!
Great location, very good food reasonably priced, would highly recommend
Made 3 people’s birthdays extra special and took us to an area to finish our drinks when the 2 hours was up
Fabulous Art Deco interior which is worth seeing. The food was good, service could have been more attentive considering the price... The worst thing was the noise levels which were very loud in that cavernous space. Still... worth visiting.
Great service. Seated on time and waiter was very attentive. Wine filled up on regular basis and food was delicious.
Ambience and service was great. Good selection of wines (tho Italian centric of course!) and the menu was well balanced. Felt the food was good but below the expectation created by the ambience. I always looks for something special in the food when dining out. This didn't quite have the 'wow' factor.
great food, but wasnt aware we were sat outside of the restuarant
Great ambience but the service was a passively stropy - waitress giving exasperated looks when we were taking a while to order breakfast. It then transpired they were close to moving onto the lunch menu - better to communicate this to the customer politely than covey a rude attitude to spoil our relaxed breakfast meeting.
Fabulous food, lovely waiter and nice ambience. My friends and I really enjoyed it. Many thanks
Average food, miserable staff (excluding those on the front desk)
What an amazing experience absolutely loved every minute of my time there is a must visit place
It’s a beautiful place! Specially for Sunday dinner with jazz on the background! The best steak I’ve ever had!! However, I took my boyfriend for his birthday and I requested a birthday cake. I sneak out to double check to the receptionist if everything is okey with the cake and if they got one! He said he is not sure and passed the note to his manager- obviously I started to freaking out at this point! I went back to our table, the lady came to us to ask if we would like to see the dessert menu! And then when I though to myself OMG they don’t have a cake! And we were about to order the dessert, which I felt so disappointed, when she came to take our order I whispered to her about the birthday cake, and she seemed very confused, and then I could am just see in the background few waiters running around! Finally they managed to find the cake cake sang along happy birthday and they did not even know my boyfriend name!!! How ridiculous is that! When I ordered I cake I told his name!! At this point I was feeling embarrassing in front of my boyfriend! So this place is great for food to sit and relax, but defiantly not for special occasions! Also I think it’s no good to have diffrent waters serving same table as we always been asked same questions by diffrent team member which was a bit annoying..
I’d organised Cecconi’s at The Ned for my boyfriend’s birthday with his parents. I’ve been to The Ned for drinks before and had a great time but was sooooo disappointed with The Feast dinner on a Sunday. The food was cold, dull and unsatisfactory. We had to remind waiters that we’re waiting for our drinks. We were squeezed into a very small table and was constantly moving out the way for other guests and they refused to move us to a larger table for the same number of quests. Just overall really disappointed.
Service was terrible. Half then waiters looked like they couldn’t be bothered and every time we wanted a drink or to order the food, we struggled to get someone’s attention and then, waiting 45 minutes for a mediocre pasta to arrive after being served the wrong order twice.
You’d expect with their high class reputation and high prices there would be a much higher standard. Highly disappointed.
The other food on the bunch however, was very nice.
The food was average which does not cover the brand expectation.
This restaurant serves lovely food and I didn’t think the price was too high! Service was very good. Very trendy setting but a bit too noisy and dark for our personal taste. However if this wouldn’t bother you I would recommend. Band on the stage in the centre of all the restaurants was good but loud
Food was amazing, best ribeye and the tuna was delicious. Really enjoyed our lunch.
Cecconi’s was great, good food in a great setting. It is very busy, and you are rushed to order, eat and leave. I understand that the restaurant has many covers, but it took away from our experience as a whole.
Very nice meal and service was good! Will be back again.
Such a beautiful venue but I am always quite shocked at how bad the service is in Cecconis. There is no attention paid by staff and you constantly feel like you are a nuisance if you ask for service. As a member of the Ned, I was quite appalled.
Beautiful restaurant with amazing service, they even brought out a cake and sang happy birthday to my friend without me even having to ask, they took the initiative from me stating it was a bday meal on the reservation. Can’t wait to go back.
The room is poorly lit, tables are packed in and the noise level is very high. The service was good though the waiter kept knocking the chairs due to it be so packed. The food was good and pretty prompt. I like the Ned but may think twice about going again.
Lekker ...........in een toffe omgeving
Good for business luncheon
Waitrose did not say good morning. There was no please or thank you from her, in fact she was rude.
Our breakfast was cold, coffee was luke warm.
The service was very slow and chaotic ( I ordered a coffee four times before it arrived) and the food was average - toast arrived without butter ( by that point I couldn’t face asking) and no salt or pepper ( again I couldn’t face chasing that either). I wouldn’t book there again.
