   Service was great, food was good with a good selection to choose from as well as a good drinks menu. Sat outside so can’t say about the indoor ambience but was a great option for a ln after work catch up in the sun with some dinner and drinks

   As Cecconi’s is one of my favorite restaurants in London my friend and I tried to get lunch as well at Bicester Village . But my experience didn’t meet my expectations. In our big surprise everything we ordered was served at the same time that was absolutely uncomfortable and we didn’t enjoy our champagne 🥂. For the pizza it wasn’t any place on the table and we didn’t want to eat it like a starter. We waited for pizza for a long time after and it was absolutely tasteless , any flavor of truffle at all. Tiramisu was nice but we can’t recommend your restaurant to anyone only because of that. Also, I didn’t collect my 100 points from you . Please do your best to resolve this issue. I sent a lot of messages and I would like to get my points .

   Building was grubby and in need of a good clean. Service was excellent however lots of items missing from the menu.

   Staff were lovely. Quick service and tasty food. Managed to get a table a bit earlier than I originally booked also.

   Very disappointing visit, 3 out of 4 plates were dirty, one even had food hanging off the edge of it. Half of one slice of toast was extremely burnt and inedible but the rest of the toast had a burnt taste where it was together. My daughter had the pancakes which she said were very chewy and not nice at all, she didn’t even eat the second one. Despite us sending back dirty plates, then them clearing out plates left with burnt food and pancakes no one even asked if everything was ok. We had been looking forward to visiting but won’t be back.

   Really great breakfast Tasty 5 seed porridge and smoke salmon and eggs set us up for intensive shopping day
