We are here a lot! The food is great, the servers couldn’t be friendlier and Doug the manager is so personable he stops by to everyone to make sure they are happy!

I highly recommend the Thursday night special. Tomahawk Steak Dinner for Two. Delicious and definitely worth the price. I do not drink red wine and the waitstaff accommodated us with a bottle of white.

Drinks were great and we all had the pre fix dinner. Everything was delicious. E we will definitely be back.

My girlfriend is from Bay Ridge. Been here for dinner multiple times(awesome).

This time came for brunch and it was definitely worthwhile. Great home style food in a skillet, great tasting French toast. Great attentive service and not super expensive like other brunch joints. Coming back again for brunch in a heartbeat.

We went for steak night special and was not disappointed. Food was excellent. The space was crammed and very dark. Excellent service

We ate early and seemed to be forgotten in the 3rd room. We had no napkins at the table and no bread at the table. We were lucky enough to see bread brought it all the other tables in the room as they began to fill up. Food was average and menu was every limited with one of the specials for the night being unavailable at 5:30. Rather disappointing.

It was a NYE dinner! Vibe and energy was superb! There was a prefix menu and food was delicious. This place is def a Bayridge gem!

They nailed New Year's Eve! Diverse and tempting chef's menu made it hard to choose but, everything was delicious! Great service too. They had balloons, hats ad noise makers and also handed out champagne all complimentary) to celebrate 2020! We love this place and they never disappoint.

Good food and service. Menu is a little limited but the oysters were great and had a delicious crab cake starter. Interesting drink menu and service was good. Tough to park but they have valet service.

I just moved in this neighborhood, and after a few nights of that intense smell of good juicy meat I decided to give it a try. We had some appetizer and a steak that came an hour later, luckily we were enjoying a good bottle of wine, unluckily the meat came cold. I could tell that that steak was a very good cut, but that cold after a long wait was deluding. My daughter got luckier with her kids cheeseburger crispy outside and juicy inside. Service was very inconstant. I asked why everything was slow and why the waiter kept disappearing for long and the answer was that there was a big party in another room. If you can't keep the service because of a big party don't offer regular service, we pay as much as people that come in days where's no big parties and we deserve the same treatment. Anyway, I will come back to give another try (after the holidays), Raw material seemed too promising to leave it. Let's hope to have a better experience and change my opinion.

Both my husband and I, adore this place. The food is delicious and the service is incredible.

Good food. Service could be better. Nice atmosphere. Fireplace and dim lighting creates a pleasant ambience. Tomahawk steak was delicious but be prepared to empty wallet.

Great restaurant & perfect for brunch- volume was fine for talking, food was great- cocktails were wonderful, and the service was prompt & friendly!

The food was very good but a little expensive. Our waiter was cordial but, the food took a little long to come out. We had a 7:45 reservation and we didn’t leave until almost 9:30.

Attentive service, delicious food. Made a celebration special...

I had brunch here for my birthday this past May and I enjoyed it so much, that I decided to treat one of my good friends to a nice birthday dinner here. Unfortunately, I was running late due to bad traffic, but was very pleased that they seated her when she arrived on time. It's such an inconvenience when restaurants make you wait for the entire party to arrive in order to seat you. I told her to go ahead and order appetizers since I wasn't too far away. Once I got there, she was sitting comfortably with her glass of wine and the appetizer arrived shortly after. The calamari is very good. We definitely recommend it.

Since we were sitting by the light switch, we got to chat with the manager every time he came over to dim the lights. He was kind enough to give us a sample of their specialty drink, Modern Love. It was delicious and the lavender scent was lovely. Also, the "sample" size was larger than what we expected. We definitely ordered another round.

My friend ordered the lamb burger and I ordered the NY Steak Frites. My friend really enjoyed her burger and my steak was delicious so yes, we recommend those too.

While we were deciding on dessert, the wait staff appeared with a surprise birthday dessert for my friend, compliments of the manager. It totally took us by surprise! That was sooooo sweet! And the dessert? Tiramisu, of course. Which, by the way, is the best that I've found in Bay Ridge so far.

All in all, GREAT food, GREAT service, THOUGHTFUL manager, and a beautiful birthday for my lovely friend.

I have been there many times but what a terrible experience this time, while we were sipping our first drink a mouse ran right under our feet in a box, my friends and i all screamed and got up, manager came over and proceeded to pick up mouse and put in a bag, he assured us that it was because of construction and not a regular occurrence, we moved to another table but really wanted to leave, for our ordeal they sent us 1 round of drinks and gave the 4 of us one $50 gift card, needless to say we felt this wasn't enough and we will probably never be back to use that gift card!

I thought it was expensive for what you got. I thought it was a very limited brunch menu. Not even an omelet? For brunch? Really? The service was good and the server very friendly and accommodating. We sat inside because our group was too large for outside so I was not particularly impressed with ambiance and decor. Only occupied table inside so don’t know about noise level. Wouldn’t go back.

Don’t like the 3.9% charge for using a credit card

Sever was attentive and brunch is always my favorite @ Cebu.

Another great dinner, service is always very good and the food is very tasty and fresh.

Food was amazing. Highly recommend the Chilean sea bass appetizer. My friends ordered the tomahawk steak and they loved it very much. My order of ruby soho punch bowl wasn’t that great. I should’ve ordered a different Punch bowl.

The food, service and employees are awesome here, one of our favorite spots in Bay Ridge. Try the specials, they're always unique and delicious. Grab a seat outdoors while you still can.

Have not been here in a while, Very happy we came back, was here for Mom's Birthday. Service was very good and the staff always makes sure you have everything you need. I had the fried chicken sandwich, it was great not greasy and had great taste. I would get it again.

If I want delicious food, in a beautiful atmosphere, with great service, I head to Cebu! Never disappoints and there is always something special on the menu.

Cedu is great - except for the credit card fee especially on a 250 dollar bill - this is a disappointment

The food is great and the menu a little off the beaten path at times but delish all the way! Service couldn’t be better!
