The CBCo brewing was great but don’t book through open table as they dont use them anymore. You may not get a booking if you use open table to book. Luckily the lovely guy accommodated us on the day but said they have been trying to cancel open table for months.

The beer is great, as are the ciders. Probably the best beers in the region. We had the chicken wings, black garlic potatoes and squid chips. These were delicious and I couldn’t find any fault. My biggest gripe is with the ordering system, where customers have to cue in line for more than an hour to place drinks or food orders. We were at your premises for more than 4 hours on 28 December and spent more than two and a half hours in cues. This is simply acceptable. Either introduce table service or ordering from table using QR, but don’t let the experience of customers be diminished because you don’t have enough staff on duty. If not, just close your doors.

The food took a very long time to arrive. I ordered a bowl of olives for an entree while waiting and it came out after our main meals. My meal was cold. Our table wasn’t ready when we arrived and had to wait 15 minutes.

The food while delicious was of a small portion I’m 6”4 and reasonably healthy, also hungry at the time, the pork belly needed to be 2x the size in my opinion.
