We went here for my daughter's birthday and had a great evening. The food was delicious as always, and my daughter got a dessert with candles and tea on the house.

The food was great, but the server was a bit overworked. When he was with us, he was attentive and wonderful, but he seemed to get called away for long periods of time so we didn't see him enough at certain intervals. He was fairly new so maybe he hasn't figured out how to best manage his time, but it seemed that this might be more of a management problem that he might have had too many (or too large) tables.

But I don't want this review to end on the negative because, overall, our experience was great. We weren't in a rush so the slower service didn't matter too much. My wife got a mezze platter, and I got the lamb three ways. Everything we got was delicious, and each of the three lamb dishes were very different so it wasn't like getting a lot of the same thing.

We will definitely be back.

We love Middleadtern Food. The mezze was excellent. Our entrees just fair. Belly dancing was great. However, avoid the top floor. The music was blaring so loudly, with all tables around us holding their ears or leaving because management would not turn diwn the volume. They lost dessert and drink sales. Horrible end to our date night.

Everything was great upon our arrival and when the food came. My only issue was when I unraveled my silverware it was wrapped in hair. Other than that, it was very nice.

Went on a Saturday night, so expected some crowding, though there isn’t anywhere for people to wait to be seated. You’re right next to someone’s table, pressed against the wall to let waitstaff pass, or standing outside. The belly dancing was fun, could use a quieter, smoother transition into it. Also, pay attn. to your paper bill. A 20% gratuity is added - not suggested - for 5 people before you’re handed a tablet with which you could accidentally add another tip. Our server was good, not dbl tip good.

Amazing food and service! It's so nice to have an authentic Turkish restaurant in Baltimore. Everything I had was delicious: the lamb moussaka, falafel, hummus, baba ganoush, and rice.

Pure excellence! Great restaurant week menu was overtaken by their regular lunch combo. Great recommendations from the waiter who was on his 4th day. Food could not have been better prepared. Expect to get a lot of it.

We had 4 couples meeting up for New Years Eve dinner before going to see some music - the ambience was entrancing, the food was delicious, the table set-up was great for the number of people, and the prices were reasonable. Service was great, especially for a holiday, and everyone left happy! Our only complaint was that the music was a bit too loud (we were seated under a speaker) and the staff did turn it down a bit for us. Wonderful all around!

We enjoyed our dinner at Cazbar. They have a good variety of food and drinks - both large and and small plates. We try to go here for Christmas Eve as it's a nice spot for a special meal.

My family, a party of 12 went to Cazbar for Christmas Eve. There was something on the menu for everyone and, our dietary preferences are very diverse. The service was excellent and all of our meals car out at the same time. I was very impressed.

We really enjoyed our meal - had the meze trio and loved all of the selections. For entrees, my fiance had the beef manti and I had the vegan (Chickpea) manti and we both thought it was delicious. Would definitely go back again.

I went to Cazbar for a date night with my husband. I wanted to try something different and had read good reviews about this place. The service was a little bit spotty. I was hesitating between two types of wine so the server offered to bring them both so I could try them - I really appreciated that. Our server was polite enough but it was often hard to get her attention when we needed something. We ordered the small cold mezze platter, the lamb chops and some Manti. Everything was absolutely delicious and I particularly enjoyed the flavourful mezze and delicious, tender lamb chops. We then shared a Kebab platter which was also delicious. Overall, a good experience and the food was great. I would recommend this restaurant.

The food was absolutely delicious! This was the first time we ate at Cazbar and it certainly will not be the last. I believe that our other friends not with us this time would also enjoy this cuisine.

The hummus was different and matched perfectly with the naan bread. The chicken was very well prepared and the lamb, beef and chicken kabob was very tender and delicious. To my delight, the quality meat and poultry were perfectly trimmed.

The “pizza” was good but our friend thought she would have preferred the kabob. She requested another dinner at Cazbar in the future.

The desserts were good but the baklava was a bit dry and not flaky.

We will definitely return and bring our other friends! It was a wonderful experience!

We dined here before a show at the Lyric (a mile away) and will return. The menu is varied and creative, with standard (stuffed grape leaves, done very well) and more exotic hot and cold small plate appetizers. We enjoyed the small warm meat dumplings in a creamy yogurt sauce, and also the soups, a lentil and also a wonderful pumpkin. The lamb moussaka entree was great, and my husband enjoyed his grilled lamb with root vegetables. No time for dessert, but baklava was on the menu. Lots more I want to try next time.

We drove up to Baltimore to see a show, and picked Cazbar because we love Turkish food—and it was close to the Hippodrome. The food is authentic and delicious. We had manti, a sampler of meats, and the Adana Iskender. All were delicious, and I could have licked the tomato sauce & garlic yogurt combo off my plate. We had Turkish wines and beers and enjoyed them. The wine was big and jammy and went well with my lamb dish. The desserts were well done, as well. We opted for the Dervish: a Turkish coffee and a small piece of either baklava or kadayif.

The decor is warm and cozy with beautiful Turkish lights. Many if not all of the wait staff are Turkish, and will happily help you learn to pronounce your dinner correctly if you ask. Service was excellent—each course served promptly but without making us feel rushed.

Incredible food. I was so happy with our meal. I think my favorite thing was these meat dumplings with a garlic yogurt sauce. Amazing.

I’ll say this. I booked a reservation for 6pm, as it was a 1,000 reservation. We were just finding parking, and called to let them know we were a few minutes away at 5:55pm. They pushed the reservation to 6:15, which made it a 100 Point reservation, even though we showed up at 6pm on the dot. Honest mistake, but it stunk. I’d urge any going to try and take an Uber or plan in advance for difficulty parking. They have a 10 dollar valet, but there’s a 5 dollar garage 3 blocks away where we parked.
