   I decided to have dinner with friends for my birthday at Cazbar, prior to an event at Peabody in Mt Vernon. It was a great decision! The mezze platter was perfect, and happy hour $5 wine was perfect. The service was wonderful, and they even gave me a small piece of Baklava with a sparkler/candle on it. I highly recommend this place, also very vegetarian friendly which was important for my group

   This is NOT a $$ lower cost restaurant per Open Table guidelines. Nearly all entrees are over $30 each. Total bill for 3 with one drink each was over $200

   Wonderful service and food. Some of the menu item descriptions were missing from the meal like breads. No belly dancers were there either at Baltimore location

   We had a wonderful night here for my husband’s birthday. The Turkish tea and desserts especially are in a class of their own.

   Lunch was great. The value for the portions was fantastic for a lunch menu. All of the food came out hot and tasty even though we came at 2:30pm between lunch and dinner which can sometimes be a difficult service time between lunch and dinner. Ispanakli was exceptional. The portion was large and the filo was both crispy and tender. The Adana kabob was tender and not gamey from the lamb. My oldest son 14 had the Pirzola and he really enjoyed it. My youngest had the salmon which was everyone’s favorite They substituted fries for rice no problem for my youngest and we were blown away by how good the rice and fries were We live in Columbia and have yet to go to that location but after such a great experience at the Baltimore location we will be back and venture to the Columbia spot.

   It was our first time and we will return. The hostess and servers were MUHTEŞEM!!! Red lentils soup, lamp chops NEFIS YEMEK!!! We enjoyed Valentine's Day with you. Smooches
