Excelente , excelente …..
Probably one of the best restaurants I've been to...and I've been to several Michelin starred restaurants, including one in Napa Valley just this past month.
-The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. Very boutique.
-The staff is professional and provide refined service and entertain with high level conversation if you start conversing
-Chef Vincent Pantoliano is superb, unassuming and friendly, he makes his artful dishes do the talking...some of the best food in my life.
-Quality of the food is impeccable; oysters, from Washington State, were fresh and about the best I've tried; a fish dish with almost an entire truffle on it was flavorful while delicate, simply delicious (great job Vincent).
-The Maître D's, two of them both named David, was welcoming and made us feel at home. Very professional. When going to the washing room, I dropped my napkin, and he quietly came and replaced it without me even noticing.
-One of the two best restaurants I've known, together with La Villa Lorraine, in Brussels, where I've been in the early 90's, when it held 2 Michelin stars.
-Of the starred restaurant I've been to, this Caviar Russe is in my opinion worth at least 2 Michelin stars...Michelin, you're advised.
This dinner at Caviar Russe Miami was almost perfection...almost. The caviar (Select Osetra) was amazing and the service impeccable. The three course menu had some incredible small plates. The Golden Egg and Foie Gras in particular were absolutely delicious, and the king crab and lobster tail also quite good. The two "mains" from the menu--halibut and filet mignon--were the only disappointment of the meal. Not only did they take an inordinate amount of time to be served, but they came out cold and had to be sent back. There was another wait of nearly a half hour for them to be re-fired, only to come out bland and under-seasoned. Truly a disappointment after the gastronomic heights of the caviar and other dishes. Fortunately, the desserts were excellent and saved the meal. Overall a very good experience, but next time we will skip the mains and stick to the caviar and small plates.
This was a lovely dining experience. The caviar presentation was excellent and the portion actually larger than expected. We asked for additional accompaniments which were provided. Service was exceptional. It is expensive but well worth it.
My daughter and I are spending a little mother daughter time in miami and had an amazing dinner at Caviar Russe. We ordered a bottle of champagne and osetra caviar to start followed by foie gras and snow crab with melon soup and gnocchi and lobster were our mains - each dish was perfection!!!
Excellent service in an understated beautiful place, very chic. Quiet space with very well trained staff. Food is delicious and beautifully presented. Wine list has very good selections and reasonably priced.
Beautiful intimate environment with exceptional service.
Amazing food and service. Go hungry because everything on the menu is outstanding !
Great meal fantastic taste perfect service
Great place knowledgeable staff. Expect to drop $1k
Everthing was outstanding! The food was out of this world, same for the service. All the courses were perfectly paced and allowed us time to savor and mingle.. The place itself is beautiful, music the right volume - the entrance and the lobby location were a bit of a downer though.. and all these beautiful things came with a quite steep price tag.
Nothing to say but outstanding. You definitely get what pay for. The Caviar is fantastic. The service is outstanding. Will definitely be back.
Very elegant and romantic. A little confused how to enter the place, entrance behind curtains. Otherwise a great experience!! Will definitely recommend it!!
This is a special place. Daniel and his team made sure that our experience was top notch. From the champagne choice to dessert. Our time there was memorable and we will be back.
Impeccable and delicious as always. Foie Gras was prepared in a manner we have never had.
The oysters are flown in from Washington State and the best we have ever had.

Great experience. The food and service couldn't be better. It's definitely a special occasion Restaurant.
excellent service and meal was outstanding
Impeccable menu. Loved the foie gras. Amazing. Superb service and exclusive ambiance. Enjoyed meeting a lovely couple next to our table. Recommended
Wow. Amazing meal and I honestly don't care for caviar. Every dish was amazing. We had the 3 course tasting menu. We each got different items so we tried 6 different dishes. The lobster was exceptional as was the gnocchi, the egg and the filet mignon. Very elegant restaurant and the service was super.
Food is exceptionally good, but don't go very hungry since the portions are really small, as expected from this kind of restaurant. Service was also outstanding but the restaurant was not busy, so the single waiter was good for us. As we were leaving, it started to get busy, and I don't know how they managed with only one waiter, but keep in mind that the restaurant only has 6 or maybe 7 tables. Cost is very high at $150 ++ per person for 3 course meal, the wine list doesn't have anything under 3 digits. Expect to spend about $275 p/p with tax and tip if you keep your wine under $150 and order only one bottle. If you go for caviar, they have the best, but be ready with a fat wallet
expensive but worth it - very elegant delicious meal with caviar part of almost every dish. good for dates
I must say that I have been blessed to be able to go to some of the best restaurants that Miami has to offer . This restaurant is special and fantastic!! Yes it’s expensive yes it’s small but omg it truly is an experience, everyone should try at least once in their lifetime! The service was on point nothing was lacking . Both David’s treated us like VIP clients!!
A meal on par with Michelin Star Restaurants we have dined in but with an emphasis on excellent caviar
Unique and amazing
