This place is hot and miss. Great dinner on a Saturday, but poor service. Came back again for a Tuesday dinner and the service was poor again, with a long wait for meals when they weren't that busy, overcooked steak. It's expensive so if you're willing to take that risk with your money? I won't for a long time.

The apps, mushrooms undercooked, breading doughy. Calamari we're chewy and tiny. Roasted veggies we're chewy as hell, old. Bison ribeye and polenta were both out standing. Service was marginal, we had to ask for our wine and then told you were out of that one. Music was some rap bs. Not worth $150, maybe half that.

We were very impressed with the service but disappointed in the cuts of meat (4 steaks).

It was phenomenal, I think the only thing I would change is the selection of beers. There wasn't a lot to choose from.

I was hoping that the tables would be more spaced out, due to COVID, which is why I took the time to make a reservation.
The staff was attentive and great! Food was pretty good.

Everything was great. Only thing that I question is the ice cream sundae that had only hot fudge for 4.95. I had 3 grandsons with me and a bit expensive ?

The ambience was good and the service was great. Steak was burnt and crab was somewhat fishy. The $7 kids meal steak kabob was great!

The food quality was superb and portions perfect. I highly recommend this dining experience; and prefer it over Rib and Chop and Altitudes. It's a hidden gem.

Had Christmas dinner. It was a paired back menu. Ribeye and Tenderloin were very nicely done. Staff was very helpful. We were very happy to have had our Christmas dinner there.

Honestly disappointed based on the reviews. It was Thanksgiving, and I understand that Covid played a part. The food was marginal. I do think the server's did their best. Still, all in all it felt disconnected.

Went there with my college-age son during our road trip through CO/WY. Tried Rocky Mountain oysters for the first time. Son had bison ribeye. I had beets salad and bison meatballs with bottle of wine (took leftovers back to hotel). Son ordered creme brûlée but they were out, so he opted for peach cobbler a la mode. We sat next to fireplace. Our server Opal was very professional and courteous. Ample parking spaces. Decor was nice and rustic. Experience with my son was memorable. Thank you to the restaurant and staff for great mom/son meal.

Our server was great, but there were several large parties and it took awhile to get our drinks, then my salad never came out. Not her fault, just a lot going on at once. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Quality of strip steak was poor. Too much grissle and not much edible meat. Bison meatballs with marinara had drizzle of sauce over the top. Was thick and very spicy (which wasn’t mentioned on menu). Carrot cake was frozen and dry. Service was not good at all.

Although there was a mix-up with our reserved seating, and, through Open Table reservations, we were not made aware of the fact that it was a Mardi Gras evening with all tables pushed together and butcher paper on them, one table was moved a couple feet away from all the others so we could enjoy our evening of celebrating my wife's 71st birthday. We went early to avoid the crowd, which we were sort of able to do. However, as more people came in the volume of the music playing was increased...making it harder to talk to each other. The manager gets our strong thanks and appreciation for making, what could have been a bad night, into a wonderful evening. The waitress was also very helpful and all of the help were friendly and considerate. We gained a new friend in the manager, and will return again as the food (prime rib, steak, mushrooms, etc.) was very good. It would be helpful if, on the Open Table reservations area, the fact that the whole restaurant is following a theme, as well as list the food special for those who don't get a local newspaper (if it was advertised there) and who make their reservations before anyone is around to answer the phone.
