Many years ago, we fell in love with vibrancy of Buenos Aires, a city where cosmopolitan sophistication collides with an irresistibly chaotic energy. It's a beguiling, emotional and all embracing place to be. When we started Cau, our vision was to capture that spirit in a restaurant that would fit right into the heart of Palermo, Buenos Aires.

Our menu embraces Buenos Aires cuisine, a melting pot of comfort food inspired by Italy and Spain alongside the jewel in Argentina's crown, it's beef. Mouthwatering steaks, burgers and steak sandwiches are joined by a tempting selection of more-ish favorites, each with a distinctive Buenos Aires twist. Drop in for some sharing plates and a beer over lunch or savour one of our speciality cuts and a bottle of Malbec over dinner...just don't forget to leave room for a corn flake ice cream sundae.

Fabulous food and cocktails in a vibrant and interesting place. Incredible steaks and burgers. The Pineapple and Sage Margarita is also highly recommended.

We had a nice waiter who was replaced with a waiter who seemed really fed up with his job. Alsp cutlery was covered in black dust or something. Other than that i would definately come back as food was great

Food was ok, not blown away though steak was excellentally cooked, however meat quality was suspect considering the cost. Service was poor really and server was pushy on paying service charge despite ignorning simple sauce requests and getting our meals mixed up.

Food was lovely. With minimal waiting time. However waiter was quite rude and the locals were a bit disturbing during our meal.

Recommended as good food and very friendly staff. The food was good and the attention to detail when we mentioned egg allergy was outstanding. Altogether a very pleasant meal, night and will visit again. Well done.

Came for a date night with other half (we don't get out much have two babies) anyway food was so fast we had eaten our whole meal in under an hour (3 course) felt very rushed. Starter of prawns were slightly tasteless however main and dessert were lovely however so fast you barley had time to talk. Prob wouldn't go back inless I was had a time limit

Went as a group of 4 and we all found the ambience a bit flat. The service was fair though we did need to request their attention a couple of times. We all had steak and though it was well cooked the meat wasn't inspiring - we all felt we'd had better elsewhere. Value for money felt poor especially for the shared starters.
