Although my sweet potato fries were undercooked, the burger was delicious. Our waitress was lovely but hardly any other diners and out of service juke boxes meant atmosphere was flat. Also - SO MANY plastic straws! Come on, Cattle!!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

From the photos on the website, I gained the impression that it would be a fairly high end steakhouse with dark wood and ambient lighting, food served elegantly. Disappointingly what I found was a virtually empty bright and brash looking American diner - the decor hadn't been changed since the previous restaurant in that spot had closed. I chose the Triple Cheese Burger from their Premium Burger Bay offerings expecting something wonderful in a shiny brioche bun or ciabatta roll on a wooden platter. Unfortunately I received a very ordinary looking burger in the same sort of sesame seed bun that you find in any greasy burger joint served up on a white china plate. The chips were of the basic frozen variety but the onion rings looked more homemade. Although the burger tasted good, I don't feel it was worth the £12.95 I paid for it especially as a double patty burger sounds enormous but this was two very thin burgers - think McDonalds thin. The whole website is so misleading giving the impression of something classy when in reality it's quite ordinary and certainly not worthy of a birthday treat.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

I had high exepctations, regarding the fact it is a steakhouse. We went here to celebrate a new job, unfortunately I wish I picked elsewhere. The steak meal was ok, not cooked how we’d asked but the chicken meal I ordered was deep fried and came out smothered in a sauce that wasn’t put on the menu description. We both just had a main, 2 alcoholic drinks each and one go on one of the shisha pipes they had, and spent over £100. The shisha was disappointing, the flavour did not resemble what we had choose at all. Service was slow the entire time, slow to order, slow to bring food out, and we had to go up to ask for the bill in the end which is a huge pet peeve of mine. Safe to say, not worth the money and won’t be returning.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Unfortunately there were no t-bone steaks, no spicy rice and no passion fruit juice. Our first and last visit on this basis, especially as we really wanted the t-bone steak.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Disappointing calamari, ordered a t bone to then be told 10 mins later they didn’t have any and then ordered desert to be told 15 mins after ordering they didn’t have what I ordered. Initial bill included the t bone steak and when removed the bill was very reasonable. Steaks were good and tasty though and cooked to perfection. Presentation of food disappointing.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Having never been to Woking before this restaurant looked lovely as did the menu. When I arrived however it was not as I had imagined. It was like a 1960's diner rather than a steakhouse and although the menu had a great range of choice, when the food came up I was disappointed considering the cost. The drinks were also a poor quality. I ordered a fruity cocktail and was basically presented with tropical juice from a carton with added alcohol, which i couldn't taste due to the sweetness of the juice and the accompanying shot of prosecco was flat. The service was friendly but disjointed and we were initially offered 241 cocktails and then the offer was rescinded as it was a weekend. All in all not a great experience and not somewhere I would go back to.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Had the chicken wings with your house sauce which i found very good,my mains (steak rib eye) which was cooked to my requirement but i was disappointed that there was fried onions which was cooked in too much oil which mingled with my steak.As for my son's extra large steak which was meant to be medium was well done.(It was a good thing it was discounted as it was the last one). My other son had chicken and waffles unfortunately the chicken was dry and over cooked.Not a good experience for what should have been a good mother's day.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Lovely restaurant to stop in before we watched a show at the theatre. They offer a 15% discount with a valid theatre ticket for that day. There were two of us in our party, we both ordered the rump steak; the steak was a good size but unfortunately ours were quite fatty / grizzly. The chips were lovely, could tell they were homemade! We had a really nice mocktail and milkshake. They didn't lay steak knives out which shocked us because it is a steak house.. half way through our meal, we decided to ask if they had any, which they did out the back?! Having booked a table the night before we arrived just before 7pm for our booking. On arrival I tried to tell the waitress that I had a table book however I was cut off with ‘table for two?’ and quickly seated. Menus were then brought over. After deciding what we were going to eat and drink we waited to be served. The restaurant was filling up however we were totally ignored. The staff seemed more interested in clearing tables and seating new diners than looking after the ones they already had! After about 25 minutes of being ignored we managed to get hold of a waiter to say we hadn’t been served. He said he would get a waitress to come over. There was a waitess close to our table however she went off to serve a table who came in after us and we were ignored again. With that we got up and left as obviously the staff just weren’t interested. We were then left with the issue of having to find somewhere else to eat請問這對你有幫助嗎？
