Cathédrale is a French-Mediterranean restaurant by Tao Group Hospitality Chef/Partner Ralph Scamardella, in collaboration with Executive Chef Jason Hall (formerly of acclaimed restaurants like Gotham Bar & Grill, Anthos and Craft). The menu brings elemental, ingredient-driven cooking to the forefront, evoking the grandeur of the past while remaining contemporary in its execution. Dishes put pleasure over spectacle, taking inspiration from Southern France with traces of Italy, Spain and Greece as seen in our signature Potato Chip Omelette, Black Truffle Fettuccine, 14oz Entrecôte Au Poivre, as well as our 48 oz Mishima Reserve Wagyu Tomahawk.

This June, Cathédrale invites you to indulge in a special Côte de Boeuf Feast, a celebratory experience for meat lovers and crafted for sharing. At the heart of the feast is a 36 oz USDA Prime Dry Aged Ribeye, expertly prepared to bring out its rich marbling and deep flavor. Accompaniments are served family-style and designed to complement the Côte de Boeuf, featuring: Cathédrale's signature Salade Verte, Tomatoes à la Provençale with capers, shallots & champagne vinegar, Market Potatoes and Greenmarket Asparagus. This special feast ($195) will be prepared tableside for Father's Day weekend, and makes the perfect experience for any celebratory June evening to celebrate Dad or any Father-figure in your life.

The space itself is top notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. But there were some issues during the dinner. They were out of a number of items on a Saturday night. The food service itself was very slow, and the quality of one of the steaks we ordered was not in keeping with its price. Overall we still had a good time, and the space itself has a special feel, but the quality of both the service and food was a notch below where it should be.

Beautiful restaurant- perfect location for celebrating my daughter’s graduation. The lobster rigatoni was beyond expectations. My husband loved the Bronzino and the lamb chops and black cod were all very very good. I loved the restaurant was busy but didn’t feel like it was loud- loved the vib from the music they played. The deserts also very good. For me the chocolate espresso soufflé was beyond good. Great dinner exactly what I was hoping for.

Do not order the baguette! They give you free breadsticks AND free delicious brioche. We didn’t get the memo lol everything else was beautiful. They gave us champagne and dessert for our birthday. The potato chip omelette and pea salad were both excellent.
