   Had to order drinks several times. Waitress was sweet but couldn’t remember anything. Slow service. After waiting 30 minutes for drinks, we then waited 20 more minutes to order. Food/ambience was good, however didn’t make up for lack of service.

   Management, service, food outstanding. Too much noise and gas fumes from cars and trucks. Advise closing this road to traffic. Also negatively affects other businesses. Maybe close to traffic on Friday and Saturday.

   Incredible food. Some of the best we have had in Texas. The appetizer meatballs- are a must. Pasta was cooked PERFECTLY. Haven’t had such great pasta in I don’t know how long. Jumbo shrimp was incredible. The bread was to die for. Service was excellent. Had two young men upstairs who waited on us. Can’t remember their names - might be Hunter and Connor. I forgot my leftovers and one came running down the street to give them to us. They were both a delight. Now comes the bad news and why I didn’t give 5 stars. This really deserves an overall 2 star- but the food is just that good. We had reservations, arrived on time. We’re older- and my husband has back and neck problems. We see the lovely restaurant with tables- but we were lead upstairs to the gulag. Not sure why we were so lucky after driving an hour to get there- but there we were. Very steep stairs, and then given a tiny table against a wall. Very, very uncomfortable. The area is horrible. No decor. No art. And it leads to some sort of storage area that is covered by a curtain. I would have rather eaten at the bar. Truly awful. Be aware, and request your table accordingly. Really a shame. If you want to maximize your space, Catarina’s- you have a lot of work to do upstairs.

   We had a wonderful experience at Caterina's. We felt like we were in a small restaurant in Europe. The decor, the lighting, the feel all came together to make a warm cozy atmosphere. Colton was our incredible server. He was knowledgable about all aspects of the menu from the cocktails to dessert. He made our cocktails at the table telling us about each ingredient as he demonstrated his mixology skills. He made recommendations to our group to share certain plates letting us know just how much to order. We were not stuffed when we left. There was no waste. Thank you, Colton, we had a wonderful experience. Just a note-- your cell phone will be placed in a small pouch and locked so that you cannot send, receive, or take photos. Some might find this difficult. I thought it was wonderful. Also, jackets required for men. Enjoy!!

    Arrived, locked up our phones, appreciate the concept to promote conversation. Was given a cocktail menu that was basically in another language (and I don’t mean Italian :)). The ingredient names were so artful/snooty they were just nonsensical. Had to change the first table where they seated us cause my husband was seated on a massive crack between leather booths?? He was so uncomfortable. Weird they put people there. Appreciate complimentary Prosecco, fresh Parmesan/prosciutto plate, and fresh bread bites and olive oil, really nice touches! We ordered our courses that started out strong and then got worse and worse. Arancini was hot and good, took 20 minutes to received next course caprese, looked beautiful but cheese/tomato ratio wrong and they forgot to put the meat on the side as requested (got no meat at all). At least another 20 minutes passed and the gm/sommelier checked in, found out we’d been waiting for a while for pasta course, and he went and got it. Bowl was piping hot, and the pasta itself was room temp. Delicious bucatini, but strange temp situation. Another 20 minutes passed, and by now our server was almost completely MIA. When we got our main courses, they were subpar and the side we ordered didn’t come. We had to ask for it, and it came out cold and dry (for potato gratin, gross). I was most excited about dessert, and the server wasn’t even familiar w what I’d seen online. So, we just got the check. She removed the side which was appreciated, but when each course is $20-$50, a $12 side is a poor consolation. Overall disappointing and don’t intend to go back or recommend it. Super bummed cause it started out strong! When we first sat down, the table next to us told us that they’d tried to seat them at that same seat and they’d also had to move. I then overheard one of them tell their server one of their dishes “tasted like dirt.” We should’ve known then what expensive letdown we were in for 😂

    Lovely / upscale dining. Food / drinks/ service were all wonderful and I cannot think of anything I would change. A special thank you for two things: 1) appropriate dress attire and 2) no cell phone policy - both of which truly set the stage for a fantastic dining experience

    The food was delicious, but I gave the rating I did only because of the service. We were at this restaurant for 3 hours 15 minutes. It was more of an event rather than a fine dining experience. When the waiter first came to our table & said, “are we on any time restraints? Of course not, so just sit back and relax.” I knew then we were going to be there awhile. He asked but didn’t give us a chance to answer…….. I felt the waiter was getting to our table when he could throughout the night. He was sweaty and was always in a rush. I would have given 5 stars across the board if not for the length of time it took and the service we received.

    Our waiter Connor truly made the experience! His diligence and understanding of the menu made for a fantastic time. The drinks were great, especially the Hugo. The biggest standout food wise was the rigatoni! It was perfectly cooked and has just the right amount of spice. We got the lobster Alison and found that to be a bit of a letdown. Otherwise an exceptional meal and overall experience!

    Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This is a quaint upscale place. The staff is A+. Our server,Colton, was one of the best that I’ve ever had. He explained the food and helped us build a meal. Everything we had was unique and well executed. If you have a special occasion or enjoy fine dining, you won’t be disappointed.

    Delicious, Ambitious & Inspired. Three words to describe this intimate, attention to detail restaurant. Highly Recommend. We live in Fort Worth. This is a lovely place to bring in-town or out-of-town guests. I recommend a party of no more than 6, however, they can accommodate larger parties should the situation require.

    My work colleague and I had lunch at Caterina's on a Friday. It was very enjoyable. The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and there was even a saxophone player on the mezzanine level. It all felt very sophisticated and yet not overpriced. I'm going back as soon as I can find somebody to go with me.

    Went for our anniversary and it was the perfect night! FABULOUS food all around but the linguine knocked us off our feet. Comes out in different courses so just let them know if you are in a rush and would recommend getting one plate from each section of the menu for 2 people to prevent a ton of left overs.

    This is the perfect place to celebrate with somebody special. My husband and I celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary and it it was romantic, delicious, good amount of food, great presentation. We enjoyed the little elegant touches like the rosè wine as a welcoming drink, as well as the prosciutto with parmesan cheese. We really enjoyed not having any electronic devices easily accesible. In all it was a well balance price with what you get.

    Amazing food, it is a cellphone free environment which is really cool makes everyone conversate with each other. Food is amazing. the servers are very on top of what you need. This helps with it being a very small environment. it is also suit coat mandatory if you don't have one they will provide one. All in all one of the best restaurants I've ever been to.

    It was our 7th wedding anniversary There were 3 other couples celebrating their wedding anniversary too and a birthday celebration. The atmosphere was awesome Friendly knowledgeable team/staff. Food and drink presentation were superb. Fine dining at its best. No cell phone… just missed taking pictures of the food but it’s all good…it is about the experience and love it.     The ambience was amazing, the Prosecco and Parmesan opening was wonderful. The server was very knowledgeable and informative of the menu and portion size. Sausage and pepper appetizer was good. The Caesar salad just didn’t meet our expectations as it was too zesty for our taste. The bucatini pasta was out of this world, amazing as good as it gets, too die for! The entree pork chop was excellent. Tiramisu desert was good. The complementary in-house made lemon cello was amazing, Tim Love should bottle and sell to go! Amazing service and wine recommendation (we don’t know Italian wines) were fabulous.

    Fantastic meal and top notch service. Every detail is well addressed. Our waiter was awesome and the food was phenomenal. Price was fair -- it's not cheap so it's not an every week place but it's a very fair price given the quality of food, size of portions and overall experience.
