   Service was excellent, our waiter was very attentive and gave us excellent advice. Most of the food was excellent, with the desserts truly standing out. But one of the main courses was not so good — oversalted. To their credit, they replaced it fairly promptly, but it still wasn’t great — it was a one-note dish in terms of both flavor and texture. We’ve previously had very good dining experience at CIA restaurants, so our experience earlier today was an anomaly.

   it's a school so staff is very stiff but overall great food, better than the French restaurant in my opinion, more creative I think

   As Always a trip to the CIA is wonderful and the Students are open and invite you to learn about their education. The Food is BEYOND !! For Students perhaps 4 stars on service is being tough... but the minor mistakes they made they will not ever make again. and it is part of the fun... they are Beyond my Expectations every tome!

   We enjoyed our meal at Caterina de Medici. We shared all the various dishes that we ordered and the best were the potato croquettes and the chicken with pasta shells. We also ordered an octopus dish and the puzza of the day. The crust on the pizza was superb. Dessert was a deconstructed cheesecake and an affogato. The service was good and we learned that this team was just in their 2nd week of being in a restaurant situation. The wait staff and the kitchen staff will switch midway through their 15 week stay at this restaurant.

   The food was excellent and tasted very fresh! I especially liked the seafood dish! The service was excellent and the whole dining experience was enjoyable!
