The Waitress was lazy and acted like she didn’t want to be there. She brought our salad, which was delicious but before we were half way finished with them she brings the entrees out and The steaks came out way under cooked - I mean not even rare. I ordered medium rare and it was purple inside. The Waitress didn’t even check back to see if we were happy with the food so we had to flag her down to send the steaks back.
Steaks came back right the second time and were good. She never refilled our drinks and at the end she added a 20% trip on the check for a party of 4. Like it was mandatory we tipped her.
I paid the bill, didn’t say a word. But I’ll never go back.
They seemed overpriced! They also "pre-charge 20%" for service in the bill ... and then ... add another line in the receipt for an additional tip. The service was nothing special.
Food Was delicious and the atmosphere was really nice. Waitstaff was slow but I believe it is due to every restaurant having staffing issues.
Mediocre food and lackluster service
Menu on your page is not their menu.
Poor service and quality of food: Long wait times for drinks and one was incorrect resulting in another long wait time for a replacement. The mussels were fair, salmon was very dry, the lamb lollipops were bland. Had to flag the waitress down for attention. And they charged four dollars for two extra breadsticks to go with the mussels.
Unfriendly place. Guess they don’t need to try hard if they’re guaranteed a 20% tip.
The Executive Chef at Catch 12 was great. However, the servers were rude, and unwilling to provide service and the ambience during the week was uninspiring.
Our food was not good, especially considering the premium pricing. The vegetables in the salads were not fresh. The prime filet I had was far from prime. Worst food experience We've had in Atlanta in 30 years.
Fish and chips was super salty! But the seafood pasta was good. Lamb chops over cooked, I asked for medium there was no pink whatsoever.
Waitress was nice but we did have to flag her down a couple times. Sangria was weak, Manhattan was delicious.
Loved the playlist they had on.
We thought our food was not the standard expected for the price we paid. I ordered the pork chops and they came to me very dry. My husband ordered the NY steak and was not impressed with the flavor and it was overcooked. He ordered medium rare and it was medium to medium well in areas. Our sides were the best part of the meal! The Mac n cheese was wonderful!! My husband really enjoy his asparagus. My margarita didn't taste good either. The waitress was very attentive and did a great job. There was a big family right next to us and they were very loud. The restaurant was overly warm.
Very nice place. Food is worth the price. Very worth it overall.
Great place fir double dates
Wish I could have have it more than 1 star, the server was amazing the drinks were wonderful but the food was a different story… our appetizer which consisted of mussels was delicious and full of flavor we ordered the surf and turf and expected the same outcome my companion ordered her steak (medium), more than half of it was still rare… my steak on the other hand (which I order medium well) was completely over cooked and burnt on one side my asparagus consisted of a few over cooked piece mixed with half cooked pieces when we brought it to the servers attention she returned it back to the cook who had a very negative attitude when it was returned (open kitchen we were sitting close enough to hear him) all in all I’m mixed on the experience the server did take 20% off our bill which was still over $200 the price was not a problem I shouldn’t have received a burnt nor rare $70 steak if I didn’t order it like that
Didn’t have menu items that we wanted, and I was served cold sides.
Very good but too expensive. Also a little hard to find.
My salmon was raw inside....the pictures of the establishment were a bit misleading; it was not a vibe. Great service though.
The menu is limited and there is no sushi, but .... the food is absolutly amazing. The service was ok, i just expect the server to know more about the menu items.
Had an amazing time. The food was fantastic. We had the shrimp pasta and fillet. One of the best steaks ive ever had. We will be back.
Great Great food and drinks. Come here all the time one of my favorite places in ATL
Our waiter was very good
Food was great
Will not return. Describes self as seafood , sushi and steak restaurants, yet no sushi options and only two seafood choices which were very basic. High end restaurant should not be in hotel lobby a stones throw from check in. We ordered steak which was cold a side broccoli and sweet potato, and rack of lamb. We both order one adult beverage and two waters. Our bill seemed extremely overpriced for what we had and we didn't even get a refill on water. And the sad thing is that after dinner we were still hungry.
Was completely shocked that what was offered “online” for seafood, sushi, etc. and all of the fabulous seafood options, was NOT offered at restaurant. Now I know why we were the only people eating in the restaurant
Delicious food, great service, and beautiful ambiance with enjoyable music
Overall vibe was nice and wait staff were nice and friendly but all 5 plates in my party had issues, from overcooked lamb, undercooked filet mignon, and downright cold food.
I got a Ny strip and asked for it medium. Instead I got it very well done and after waiting so long I settled. The sauce and the over cooked steak tasted like a Salisbury steak in the frozen food isle but much drier.
The menu was a little limited, would have loved to see more options. Food was delicious!
Everything about this place from the food to the setting was amazing. They weren’t runny around like a chicken with the head cut off. They knew their stuff. It didn’t take long for the food to come out and food was cooked to perfection! I was kinda worried about the price but it was well worth it. Dressed appropriate for the atmosphere. Will recommend and have been since my visit. Just make sure you have the $$$$$
The Australian lamb rack was terrific, and my server was amiable and attentive.
The food was terrific. We had a variety of entrees and we liked them all. They were short servers and it got frustrating. They also don’t answer their phone so you get stuck in voicemail and they don’t return your call.
This is definitely not a restaurant I’ll be coming back too. The menu on opentable is not the actual menu at the restaurant. I was very disappointed because the menu is why I chose to come. I ordered the ceasar salad Cajun salmon and garlic mashed potatoes. All of it was bland and very basic! I also ordered a henessay margarita which was ok but it was $20 per drink. We were a party of 4 we all ordered the exact same thing and also 6 wings as an app. The total was $322 and the gratuity was added in which was $52. To sum it up the food was not good and over priced.
20% Tip is required even though there is no mention of it beforehand and it applied for any size party, additionally, the menu is much smaller than the one online with no update on their own website (they have no sushi)
They need to upload their actual menu online. The menu that they offer is bare compared to the online menu.
Very noisy place
Had to wait forever to get service ordered a beer that never arrived after they told me in two separate occasion that my beer was on its way finish eating never got my bear.
Parking at this restaurant is impossible. We didn't get greeted for 10 minutes, which was odd since the restaurant was not busy and was only half full. The ambiance is seriously lacking too.
An awesome place to eat with superb service. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will return again for future dinner outings.
Everything was great! The only thing is I don't think they had a bar tender on duty because our server had to mix our drinks.
The restaurant was really cold. Our waitress had on a Northface jacket while serving us. We asked her why was it so cold and she expressed that the heat has been out for a while. We ordered the pulled chicken sliders and they were extremely salty. I ordered the mussels and they came out like warm. Maybe because it was cold. The lamb chops were really good. The salmon was just ok. I can say I’d try it, but I wouldn’t come back or recommend to anyone
The restaurant wasn’t busy so the noise level was low and perfect for conversation. The food was excellent and the seafood pasta was one of the best dishes I’ve had in a very long time. Excellent experience
Sunday Brunch following the Publix Half Marathon March 1,2020. Quiet, reservation wasn’t really needed. Food was very good, menu was a bit limited. Overall it was a nice experience.
