The restaurant wasn’t busy so the noise level was low and perfect for conversation. The food was excellent and the seafood pasta was one of the best dishes I’ve had in a very long time. Excellent experience
Sunday Brunch following the Publix Half Marathon March 1,2020. Quiet, reservation wasn’t really needed. Food was very good, menu was a bit limited. Overall it was a nice experience.
The food was excellent. However the service was poor. I would recommend, however because the food was good. Perhaps we had a poor waiter. The service was very slow., but worth the wait.
I decided on this place to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday with some friends. There weren’t a ton of other parties there, yet the service was extremely slow. Getting a cocktail from the bar was a safer bet than relying on the server and even that was a slow service.
The server was nice enough, but certainly not the best and most friendly I’ve experienced. She didn’t seem to know the menu very well at all.
Overall, only one of our guests out of 10 enjoyed their meal. I hated my meal and the server didn’t take the time to ask what could be done differently or to make it better.
Again, we do not recommend this restaurant if you’re expecting a fine dining experience.
While our server was nice and tried to be attentive the restaurant was not busy at all and it was still extremely slow service. By the time orders came out there was no consistency across multiple orders of the same discharge as side items were missing and when asked to bring out accompanying items, some never arrived. Even just trying to order a soda was a taxing experience. We will not dine there again. Again it wasn’t our Verviers fault but this definitely needs an upgrade in customer service
Good restaurant. Good food. Service was not as good. Food was served and maitre d' basically disappeared. Service was not as good as we would have expected. We expect great service when eating at an upscale restaurant.
But food great-so we recommend.

Good sushi and shrimp rolls. Restaurant has created an simple menu representing one of most types of foods for everyone’s taste. They’ve done that with the cocktail menu too. It is located in a hotel, so was a little surprise by that. Closer to the Statefarm arena where we were seeing a show.
We came here for a post-theatre dinner. The restaurant is featured on the main floor of the Twelve hotel downtown Atlanta. The decor is sleek and modern, and menus come on an iPad. We ordered a sushi roll and oysters on the half shell as appetizers. The oysters were a bit small but the sushi roll was delicious. We each got fish for our main dish, he the ahi tuna and me the swordfish. Both were delicious and the sauce was magnificent. Our shared sides, however, were not delivered with the main dish but after we’d finished. The asparagus and Brussel sprouts were very good when they did arrive. Overall the food was excellent and we would return again.
There were four of us and we had a nice time. Our server (sorry if I misspell) Charis, was gracious, friendly, and very helpful. We had a couple of food quality issues and she was able to work with the kitchen to fix them and make us feel valued.
The restaurants design and layout was very nice. The waitress was very nice, and had good customer service. I had the fish and grits during brunch; the girts were a little stiff, but that was fine. I may give it another try for dinner whenever I’m in the Atlanta are again.
Feels a little bit like a hotel lobby restaurant. Service tries hard but was understaffed.

The service was awful. They were very slow and took forever. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Maybe 3 other tables. We had a party of 11 ppl . The food was not good either when they finally did bring it out. I see why others left reviews of bad service.
Amazing food and drinks, trendy vibe and good service
We went after the Peach Bowl so expected a crowd. The bartender took great care of us! We asked to eat in the bar to watch the Fiesta Bowl. Great variety of food and everything was excellent. Our sons loved the burgers and the spicy tuna roll. We had carpaccio and it was delicious.
The service was average. The food was below average. The noise level (due to the adjoining bar) was ridiculous. We had to raise our voices to communicate in a “fine dining” restaurant. I had the Catch 12 pasta. The scallops were under cooked and the garlic was over powering. The “jerk” tuna that my wife ordered was not jerk seasoned at all.
Overall, not a great experience.
Food was just ok. Service was just ok. Server did not know how to pour wine. In one pour he empties the bottle of wine between 3 glasses. Dessert was not good. We had the pound cake which was served as a wedge like cheesecake. it had a very commercial non homemade taste. A bad pound cake in the South is just sacrilege. Overall it was typical hotel food. Overstated and Under Delivered. We will not be going back and in good faith we wouldn’t recommend.
My family and I visited for a celebratory brunch. Everything we ordered was delicious. The cinnamon rolls were amazing. As a native Louisianian, we are definitely food snobs and our expectations were exceeded. Our server Andrew was pleasant and patient and communicated all of our meal preferences to the kitchen accurately. The restaurant is beautiful and decorated for the season. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Felt like it was 90 degrees in there. Took 45 minutes to get one cocktail, drinks and each meal came out at separate times. Server would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. Filet was very dry. Overall very poor experience, especially for the price.
We were the only customers there for the first hour or so, which was lovely. However, the server seemed to be barely there, as there were many instances in which she would disappear for an extended period of time. It was nice to not be interrupted, but there when we had questions or needed refills, we were forced to wait till she returned.
Other than that it was delightful. The food was wonderful and the ambience matched it well. Decently priced for the selection. A good experience, just shy of being great.
I had aFamily from several cities meet in Atlanta for a mini vacation and NFl game.
We chose a restaurant I could reserve for 12 online at 6pm. We had difficulty with directions as the name if different on google maps vs Open Table. The menu appeared different from Open Table as well.
Nice Ambiance however they were slow at 6pm on a saturday night. My chicken sandwich was very dry and went with it. I was hosting and paid the bill. The rest ordered Filet, Salmon/ Tuna and sushi. No immediate complaints however I was told how poor the steak quality and dry everything else was after.
Being they were very slow this seems unacceptable. I tried to contact the restaurant Manager after via phone and messenger and no follow up from them.
I wouldnt visit here again and the quality is very poor for the price.

From the botched greeting at the host stand, to the late cocktails, to the undercooked brussel sprouts through to forgetting to bring us the dessert menu--it was not a great showing. The staff were friendly but unorganized. Great potential but they need to figure out what they want to be when they grow up.
Food was great, price point fair. The service was slow. We had to mention a couple of times to the waiter about retrieving drink orders as well as removing dishes from table.
Brought my mom here for a birthday dinner on Friday night. Service isn’t the greatest but the food and drinks were good.
Terrible!!! I don’t know if this was her first time ever serving but it was a party of 11 celebrating a birthday. She was overwhelmed, very slow, took food order first then the drinks last. Never checked on us or anything. It’s a shame the manager didn’t see or feel the need to assist her with the service. I ordered the pasta it was good but barely hot. Other members of the party ordered sushi which was good, but to top it off she charged my card 3x!!!!! Expected soo much more highly disappointed.
Our reservation was for 4:30, as we had a show to attend afterwards. Upon arrival we were told that that we couldn't be seated until after 5:00 (not a big deal). We went to the bar for a drink while we waited. 10 minutes later we were greeted and the couple beside us (who were still getting seated) were served. After waiting another 10 minutes we were asked if we would care to order.
We were double charged for our glasses of wine, with a $10 gift card for a future visit in case the extra charge didn't clear.
5:00 arrived and we paid the bar tab and were seated for dinner, where we sat for approximately another 10 minutes before anyone approached us. We ordered Oysters Rockefeller one additional glass of wine. 15 minutes later the wine arrived with the offer to order dinner. Dinner was ordered and we waited. Did I mention that we waited? 10 more minutes passed, still no appetizer. The Oysters finally arrived they were inedible (first time we've had Oysters Rockefeller with mustard). Several were also gummy and couldn't be eaten. The dining room manager inquired about the appetizer and we told her how awful they were. She said "well that's how we make our hollandaise", with no apology. Dinner was served almost an hour later and was fair.
We were paying partially with OpenTable points and the staff couldn't figure out how to handle it. Again no apologies.
We will NOT be back and suggest that you do not dine here either.

We were visiting Atlanta from out of town and booked reservations at this restaurant. We were so excited and traveled all the way from our hotel to the restaurant only to be turned away. The restaurant closed early with no notice to us because they were filming a movie. We were not informed of this and they turned us away at our scheduled reservation time, leaving us out on the street with nowhere to eat because many other restaurants were already closed. They just sent us away with no apology and no recommendations on where else we could go.
Waiting to be greeted by waiter 10 mins.
Table next to us stood up and left.
Ordered a bottle of wine and water and asked a question about a sauce in the menu.
Waited 10 more minutes.
No water, no wine, no answer.
We stood up and left. I don’t think they even noticed.
Plenty of better choices nearby.
