    I set up reservations a week prior for my man’s birthday, we arrived out front of the building was told I had to walk around to come inside. Once inside I was pointed to the host stand the place was empty only a few people at the bar. The girl said we closing soon! I said well that’s at 11 o’clock I set my reservation for 9 and she looked at me an said reservations okay hold on walked off and never came back! I knew was going to an issue then. So I asked the guy at the front to please assist again because she never came back after saying hold on. Then a nice lady come over to help, she informed us the kitchen would be closing soon so we needed to hurry to order. So now we are being rushed, but fine I obliged and we ordered I order the lamb chops mash and asparagus. He had the fish sandwich and fries. Food arrived she bought collars out no asparagus, my food was NASTY AND FLAVORLESS AS HELL! I sent it all back he ate I had a drink that I was chartered twice for! This experience was horrible and I felt cheated out of what should have been a great night! No thanks catch 12! 10 out of 10 highly DON’T RECOMMEND!!

    I wanted a simple, light meal so I order the shrimp skewers and the chopped salad. The shrimp was served on a bed of flavorful rice with asparagus. The salad was delicious - it had a lemon vinaigrette dressing that complemented everything. The waiter informed me they make it fresh everyday. I highly recommend it.

    The tagline "Steaks, Sushi and Seafood" is very misleading. The only sushi was a fried roll, very little seafood and very uninsipring dishes. Very surprised for a restaurant in what should be a good hotel.

    Awesome experience. Appetizers, entrees, & desserts were very good. Service was quality as the courses were brought in proper timing and pace. Food presentation was great as well

    Server we was horrible managers and literally the cook out of the kitchen had to assist us. She also had see through leggings where you could clearly see her draws they were so sheer. Then had the nerve to charge a 20 service charge we had a fly in our water told her and she never changed the drink left it sitting the whole time 2 sets of silverware had hair to the point my sister just used to go silverware. Mine were okay. Still waiting for the gratuity refund the manger with a long braid (very kind lady) promised we shall see but let her gooo please smh we got an apology from literally EVERYONE else but the horrible server

    The customer service was horrible our waiter just left us at the table never came back had to go get him we ordered mimosas and never got them and had the nerve to put it on the check and instead of asking if we still wanted them he just said I’ll take it off not sorry I forgot about it or nothing ! The food had everything but seasoning so blended even salt couldn’t help will not be back 👎🏽

    I poor man was doing everything… waiting on tables bussing… I think he was cooking too because he wasn’t around when you needed him… it appears you know that your diners are a one and done situation… I don’t think anyone would be back.

    I arranged a girl's night dinner here and it was just ok. The first issue arose with valet not being available then when they did show up, the service was terrible and the guy was attempting to "charge" people though parking is free for restaurant patrons (thankfully the manager handled that later). Once in the restaurant, our server was initially energetic but quickly became lackluster. When we were first seated, she very attentive but then began slacking as the evening went on. I think she had one other large table but it seems like we kept getting left for long periods of time. The drinks were decent though they should stop putting raw fruit into the drink without asking first...it was a mushed mess in two of the ladies beverages. The food came out pretty quick but most was subpar. The "truffle" fries had a spritz of truffle oil but lacked elements to make them truly truffle fries and we'd all had better, the brussel sprouts were overcooked, the mac and cheese was soupy, the oysters Rockefeller shells were crumbled in the sauce, the mussels were a little salty, the fried sushi lacked all flavor, the lamb chops needed chimichurri or something...definitely not what we were expecting. Once we finished our meals and the waitress finally came back, she tried to keep our bill together and tell us we were wrong despite what the website and menu said (we had 5 people, not 6). When she did separate it, she kept the 20% "service fee" even for those whose bill did not come up to $100 and didn't take off the items that were sent back to the kitchen. We were tired of waiting for her to come back at that point and just paid to leave. Overall, we went here to try some place none of our group had been, we can say we have, and now move on to the next hopefully better place.

    First impression was when the server recommended the lamb lollipops cooked medium-well, I knew this wasn’t going to be what I thought it would. We got them medium (had to negotiate with other table mates) and they were really good. Truffle fries were good as well. Service was sub par (place was 25% full and my water glass sat empty most of the time I was there). What really irked me was the automatic 20% “service charge” aka mandatory tip. If we had a large group, I get it but we only had 4 people. I did notice that this is a common practice in Atlanta, so maybe it’s not the restaurant but rather the city that rubbed me the wrong way.

    I was optimistic about a date night dinner here before a show at the Fox Theatre to only end up with a sub-standard meal for both me and my date, I had previously booked Catch 12 pre-COVID and had to cancel when they delayed the thatrical presentations at the Fox. I appreciated the menu approach with the ability to customize proteins and accompaniments, I had not experienced this approach in the manner that Catch 12 presented. Drinks were tasty albeit small glasses and priced for a typical hotel lobby bar. (Yes, by the way this is a hotel restaurant. When it came time to enjoy the entrees, we were very disappointed, burnt airline chicken and what I can only describe as garlic with some presence of potatoes. The vegetables were something I could have pulled from a bad TV dinner, under cooked and burnt all at the same time. Unfortunately, I would like to call this an off night for Catch 12, but really, I mean who can't cook a chicken breast? Would not recommend.

    I haven’t been to Catch 12 since 2020 and it was a great as I remembered. I thoroughly enjoyed everything. I had the crab dip, lamb meal, and key lime tart. The drinks were also great! I’ll be back for lunch.

    Booked a reservation here for a birthday , saw good reviews and pictures… Took about thirty minutes for our waitress to come and another thirty for our drinks to arrive. All the food came out at different times about an hour later. Half cooked pasta dishes, taste of spoiled ingredients, meats burnt to crisps yet almost everything was cold… just no good. I wish I took a picture of the “MACARONI AND CHEESE” - half cooked noodles, spoiled milk or cheese or something, with some unmelted shredded cheese as garnish 😁. Were told we had to pay for the untouched food or get a discount off the whole ticket, but the untouched food couldn’t be taken off if we were given a discount for the whole ticket. lol. The dip was good.

    After a 800 mile drive from Chicago we ended up at the Twelve hotel in Atlanta. A wonderful welcome and easy checkin. We were hungry and tired so decided to just eat in the hotel at Catch 12. Right before we sat down in the restaurant with only two other tables with customers (and two waitresses) the DJ started playing music in the bar which is open to the restaurant. It was extremely loud for no good reason. It’s not like anyone was getting up to dance. We got a waitress who was new so we were very understanding and patient. Not only did our drinks take a long time but the food took long too. The food was fine. The new waitress never came back to see how our food was and then we saw her walk out with her coat. She didn’t bother to tell us she was leaving and the other waitress was taking over. Finally, we flagged the other waitress down and she got us our check. I was going to give her my card right away but decided to check the bill. The bill was wrong. Two additional entrees were on the bill. After the correct bill, I actually couldn’t believe how high the total was. Needless to say, the new waitress wasn’t getting a 20% tip. I would have given her at least a 25% tip if she was decent just to encourage her in her new job. She still got a $20 tip but she didn’t deserve it. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back to this restaurant but the hotel was awesome. My husband and I continue to talk about how workers these days just don’t care about performing their job well. They just want a paycheck. So sad. Little do they know, they will not get anywhere in life.

    I know every restaurant in Atlanta is probably short staffed, but this was absurd. The restaurant was busy, but nothing exceptional. We stood at the hostess stand for about 10 minutes before we were even greeted. After that, we were seated reasonably quickly. Another 10 to 15 minutes went by before we saw our waitress. She took our drink order and disappeared for around 20 minutes. She returned to tell us the beer we all ordered was not available. She took new drink orders and disappeared for another 20 minutes plus. She returned and took our food order. We Finally got our food about 2 1/2 hours after we were first seated. Food quality was fair, but nothing to write home about. Based on this one and only visit, I can't recommend this restaurant.

    In general food was good but the service was terrible. Waitresses did not know anything outside the menu list. We asked for olive oil for the salad and it took 15 minutes for consulting with chef etc. to get it. By the time they brought it we were already finished. Asked for an additional plates to share appetizers - they forgot, so we had to go to the kitchen ourselves to get them. Asked for toothpicks - nothing. The wine selection was terrible! By the bottle only 5 choices, and only one in each category. Extremely expensive ! The Paso Robles Cab was 200 dollars..... ( by the way the same wine at White Oaks was $85), but we had no choice and we ordered it . Believe it or not, the server from the bar showed up with glasses and the bottle after (!) we finished our stakes. We said to him that it was too late - he said "OK" , tuned around and left - no apologies or anything. We actually left the Catch12 and went to White Oaks to order wine and finish our dinner the right way.. I wood not recommend the Catch 12 and we will never come back here

    Waited a very long time like more than 30 minutes for drinks, ended up sending back a vodka/soda as it tasted terrible. Food took forever, restaurant was not that busy when we were seated but quickly filled up and got very very loud.

    I gave a 4 star rating because the food and drinks took a while to come out. We had the steak and Alfredo pasta. They were okay, nothing especially noteworthy. The server was okay and they had a DJ the night we were there.

    Food was overly seasoned. Wayyyyyyyy too much salt added. Totally went against our diet. Sent my food back to be redone and it came back even salter. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the food destroyed our night. Total disappointment. Waitress was very empathetic and removed the food from our bill. Definitely recommend a chef re-evaluation.

    Food was okay. Beware that since the restaurant is in a hotel/apartment complex that the apartment side has a huge party (think LOUD) on the 12th of every month. Also, if you spend $100 they automatically add a 20 percent tip. So basically one drink and an entree for 2 people and you are tipping automatically. Drinks were nice and food was average. No sushi and a limited menu.

    First of all the location is fine reasonable valet parking. The menu is limited just 6 to chose from not enough seating. There was a band I don’t know if they are always there but that was ridiculous with the noise. Not a place to propose or dance. And the team members are all blacks it has to be diverse.
