   my reservation was to 9:15 pm I get my table only in 9:50 pm are you waiting 35 minutes for my table. In all my food came in a different time like my friend get his food and I get my food after 20 minutes his finish to eat and I just start.

   We went for our anniversary and they had plenty of better seating available and they wouldn’t give it to us but give it to others. Meanwhile I’m very pregnant and they would give me tables that were extremely uncomfortable. The waiter was also not the friendliest. Not to mention they were out of their crispy cauliflower dish which is quite possibly the best thing on their menu!! Overall disappointed with last nights experience.

   Unfortunately rather disappointing after a previous 5 star review a couple months ago. Unpleasant seat outside, which felt like sitting in a cheap tent… tables seemed available inside but they didn’t want to move us. The whole Branzino was my absolute favorite last time, but now came out much smaller, very salty and very garlicky. Service was average, she didn’t even ask how we liked the food (maybe she knew?)

    The ambience was beautiful. Food was delicious, but overpriced for the small “sharing” portions. We didn’t realize the restaurant turned into a club at 10p, so you only have the table for 1 hour and 30 minutes. While the service was great, we felt very rushed with how the plates and glasses were cleared literally right after the last bite of something was finished. Allow patrons to enjoy themselves without coming to clear the table every 5 minutes. It was a nice restaurant to try, but we won’t be back due to the overwhelming feeling of get in and get out dining experience.

    Every dish was so tasty. Thanks, chef! Our server was amazing. A great place to celebrate our fun adventure exploring excellent restaurants in Los Angeles. Happy anniversary to us! We were shocked to be asked five times in three minutes whether we were done with our oysters. We clearly weren’t finished so that was an unnecessary stress See you again!

    Went there on thanksgiving dinner. It's an open air roof top so it was quite cold for a november night. Lighting was so dim at the table which makes it difficult to read the small print menu. Its a pricy restaurant and most patrons there were the over 35 crowd, so everyone whipped out their phone flash lights to read. The place was decorated beautifully with holiday lights. Food was top notched, high quality and very tasty. Drinks were overpriced. Wait staff service was great. The door man (the white guy) who watched the front door had an attitude that was suited more to a night club entrance than at a restaurant entrance. It often seems that the lowest paid employees have the most attitude. Overall, an overpriced restaurant with great quality food!

    Food great, service was extremely rushed, felt like just wanted to get us out of there as soon as we sat down. Our server insisted that we put in our entire order at the same time (said she can’t take apps order then come back for mains) and our plates were cleared just as we would lift our fork up with the last bite (sometimes they even tried to clear it before we were done and we had to ask them to please let us finish).

    The food was absolutely AMAZING and the overall vibe/decor was really cool, but it was very loud and crowded. If you want incredible food but don’t mind the loud noise level and waiting an hour to be sat (with reservations), then definitely check this place out.

    We had the best time. From the hostess to Patrick the bartender to our servers. Shout out to our informative server from Puerto Rico. She's a wealth of information about everything. Her recommendations and keeping us updated on shift changes and what that meant for us. Loved the spicy Margarita's!!

    Host staff, friendly but absent. Management friendly but absent. Wait staff was great. Got sat at a broken table (not wobbly, broken). The host said they had no other tables and walked away. I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance, so if they sat me at a broken table WTF and not my problem. Management came and confirmed it was broken. They moved us to the bar. Not ideal for my mother in laws 75th birthday, but we were already there and she was hungry. The bar on a Saturday is packed. The table next to us got so drunk they were asked to leave. It was a perfect storm of bad situation after bad situation. The food is really wonderful per usual and our server was super sweet but seemed in the weeds most of the night. This was not our first time and I know its busy and can get loud. But, it's going to be a minute before I try Catch again.

    Had a wonderful brunch at Catch LA. We were wowed by the entry to the restaurant which is overflowing with plants and flowers! Had a great meal with very attentive service and a fantastic view of LA. Loved our meal!

    Our overall experience was less than desirable. Food was great - not wow - but overpriced. Our waitress was a touch obnoxious. Upon arriving, her energy was less than welcoming. Although she did answer our questions and made good recommendations, our overall feel was that we were an inconvenience. She also mentioned more than once, before we even ordered our food, that are time was limited there. And while eating, staff would constantly interrupt our meal to clear things off, but do so conspicuously. We felt like sheep being herded instead of welcomed and taken care of. We would not recommend Catch LA to anyone.

    My 27 yo son an I were seated in a corner and right next to a toddler and his father. Made reservation first day possible and noted we were celebrating a birthday. Very disappointed. I was there in August and sat in the outdoor patio, great experience. Last night was terribly disappointing. We were sat late, sat in a corner with no ambiance, we had to rush the meal because had tickets to the theatre, and no acknowledgement of the birthday. I will not drop several hundred there again.

    Visiting from Las Vegas, was super excited to experience this location. First we got sent to the bar when we checked in for our 9:15 reservation. The hostess advised us to head to the bar until our table became available. We grabbed a drink at the bar and waited 25 min until we got sat. While we waited we took the opportunity to take photos. When we got sat, the ambiance was super loud for a Thursday night. I couldn’t really enjoy my conversation with my partner. I had to yell at the table to converse. Our server was very helpful and guided us through the menu and explained we had to put our entire order in, in order to course out our food. We wanted to order the oysters, which they were sold out of, sadly, so we had the albacore nigiri instead. It was phenomenal. We also ordered the truffle sashimi with caviar. Next we ordered the grilled octopus and that dish we were not a fan of. There was too many flavors going on, I wasn’t able to enjoy the flavor of the octopus. The roasted salmon also came with a lot of flavors, it had some type of crust at the top which added a nice touch. The Brussels we were not a fan of at all in which we sent back. They were overly cooked which came out very soggy. Too much sauce as well. We also did order another round of drinks which came out stronger the second time. I did mention in my reservation we were celebrating our anniversary, but there wasn’t anything special that was done in regards to our celebration. Did not feel special at all.

    Had the most amazing dining experience at Catch LA! My husband and I shared the Mediterranean Branzino, and it was probably one of the best dishes I have ever eaten! The atmosphere there is absolutely beautiful and everyone that we encountered there from the hostess, to the bartender to the waitstaff were very accommodating and attentive! I highly doubt that you do not pass up this gem!

    Everything was great, but we waited 30 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Once seated it was fabulous but it leads you to get annoyed for even having a reservation when they don’t care to honor the time.

    Catch LA was beautiful, food was delicious. Its a very popular in demand spot, so expect a very loud and fast pace place. Fast pace as in the workers moving back and forth everywhere. Alot of people are being accommodated, so it a tight fit between the tables

    The food was excellent and the ambiance was immaculate. We had a small table but we were still able to enjoy ourselves. The only downfall was the waiters were not checking up on us like the others so we felt kind of uncomfortable about that. The people across from us was very loud so, we were not able to hear each other. Other those downfalls we had a great time.

    All the previous reviews are pretty accurate in terms of rating their service. We made this reservation a month prior to the date only to have to wait an additional hour to be seated. There was no space at the bar and we were left standing against a wall in a crowded "secondary waiting area/bar". We were not the only ones who had to wait an additional hour to be seated. After 40 mins we found two seats at the bar and we swiftly made our way to it to order drinks. The drinks are extremely overpriced for what they are, we payed 85USD for two double gin and tonics which is the same price of two bottles at the liquor store. Advice to the restaurant, don't overbook, clearly this is a recurring issue and highly disrespectful to your clientele.
