We had a wonderful experience at Sunday brunch. The service from our waiter was great. Table porters kept water glasses full, used plates removed as well as napkins folded when we got up for another serving. The food was also excellent. The raw bar was fresh & great. The hot food had a plethora of options. I couldn’t eat all the hot options as I did Raw bcuz there were so many. There were a couple of negatives: 1. Plates were so small it takes a lot of trips to eat. One plate in hot section only allowed me tiny bit of chopped salad, 4 pita chips with hummus and guacamole atop them, 1 piece of salami and cheese. I went back 2 times and didn’t reach the omelets. I wanted room to eat desserts. The plate was a good size for what I wanted in dessert. 2. Caviar cart came and served us. My issue was it was on a chip and napkin. We should had a plate to eat from not a napkin. Also he used his bare hand to place chip on napkin. When he returned the next time, he was gloved. There were only 2 of us and 2 hrs was just enough time for us to eat leisurely. However, if the restaurant was crowded we would need to get up faster btwn plates. We were celebrating and they did wish us a verbal happy anniversary but at $95 per person, I would expect something special or even a card. We will definitely come again.

I thought for brunch was too expensive in my opinion. My friends wanted to try it and it was a beautiful restaurant& the service was great . Not sure I would return for brunch .

I’m writing to share feedback about a disappointing experience at your breakfast buffet. Shortly after being seated, my group was asked whether we planned to return to the buffet, which felt rushed and uncomfortable. We are light eaters and found the pressure unnecessary. We were then charged $95 per person, even though the menu on our table and your online listing stated $75. The bill was only corrected after I pointed this out. This kind of inconsistency raises concerns and undermines trust in your pricing. The restaurant was mostly empty, and the buffet quality has noticeably declined since our last visit less than a month ago. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope it helps improve the overall guest experience. Please direct this to your PR contact or appropriate team. I would appreciate a follow-up.

We waited for approximately 45 minutes with a reservation. The service upstairs was pretty slow, but the food made up for the lack of promptness. they also had amazing cocktails. The ambience is beautiful and I like the Dallas location way more than the LA location.

We dined here recently, and while the room itself was absolutely beautiful—elegant décor, stylish lighting, and a welcoming ambiance visually—the experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the overwhelming noise level. Despite the fact that the restaurant was not particularly crowded, the acoustics were so poor that we had to shout across the table just to hear each other. We actually left with a headache, which really diminished any enjoyment of the meal. As for the food, it was a mixed bag. The appetizers were outstanding—beautifully prepared and full of flavor especially the seafood pizza. I’d go back just to have it again. However, the entrees nothing memorable compared to similar restaurants of the same caliber. The sea bass needed more than dry leafy greens next to it. On the bright side, the drinks were delicious and well-crafted. Service was fine but nothing special. Our waiter was friendly when he appeared, but he checked on us infrequently and wasn’t especially attentive. In the end, while there were some positives—the gorgeous setting, great starters, and good drinks—the deafening noise made the entire dinner unpleasant rather than enjoyable. I would not return for that reason alone. It’s a shame, because the space has so much potential, but the volume level was simply ridiculous.

Hostess checked us in, directed us upstairs, 2nd hostess asked if we had a reservation. Sat us, asked us to move as it was her error. Server asked if we’re celebrating anything, all comments were in reservation, including dietary restrictions. Communication is lacking. Catch’s other locations have closed. I can see why. Extremely underwhelming especially for the price point.

I had a reservation four weeks in advance for five family members. The reservation was specifically for the main dining room. Despite being on time, we were relegated to the outdoor patio. It was 90° and it was very loud. Our original reservation was not honored also upon arriving, we were informed That there was a mandatory $10 valet fee. Most restaurants will come the valet to their customers though $10 is understandable. After our poor experience where our reservation was not honored, upon checking out and paying for the valet, we were charged an extra one dollar and 50 Cent service in addition to the valet fee. Not a way to treat a customer, especially when our agreement was not honored. The food was good, but not a good value for the price.
