The entry to catch is absolutely beautiful. The bar area has a nice warm feeling, while the main seating area is open and modern with an open kitchen. The menu has a great variety of interesting options and the staff have a great knowledge and offered their valued thoughts. We may not have explored as many varied enjoyable dishes, without asking for some thoughts from our waiter.

Nice muted outdoor environment captured indoors. The lighting is soft and pleasant however the music was deafeningly loud. This made cozy conversation difficult, both of us having to raise our voice to hear each other. We had sushi and the lobster macaroni… I’m omitting cheese because they applied what appeared to be crunchy parmesan. It was flavorful but not much lobster and not much cheese. Also the portion was so small and served in the equivalent of a side dish, I would be embarrassed to bring that to a table knowing we’re charging $32 for it. The sushi was decent but overpriced comparatively to say the step above across the street at Morimoto at MGM. Our server was non-existent after ordering, food came and we didn’t see her again until we were mostly finished. Perhaps because we were late diners at 10:15 but we felt generally disappointed. We left a generic 15% tip and agreed there are way better options at Aria and also Bellagio nearby for the $$$. While one should probably visit as your experience mileage may vary, when it comes down to a matter of say same day choices, choose somewhere else. We would have been way better off even at the more casual Din Tai Fung.

The food is absolutely amazing! The ambiance walking in and in the main room are beyond gorgeous. We sat in the plain room on the side but we were just happy to get a last minute reservation from open Table. Of all our dining experiences in Vegas on this trip the waiter was the least friendly but he was not bad.

Hands down the best restaurant in Las Vegas. It's not even close. The entrance alone is world class and seriously cool and a great place for photos. Then the bar is huge and has a ton of different things that you normally can't find at other bars. Then the ambiance in the restaurant is just perfect. Then the food... It just doesn't get any better than Catch. We had 6 people and had steaks, seafood, the chicken, and a lot of sushi. The Wagyu roll and the Catch Roll are unparalleled at any restaurant. Beautiful setting, beautiful room, fantastic food, perfect service... just an awesome experience. If you're in LasVegas, do yourself a favor and go to Catch... you'll be happy you did.

There’s obviously a difference between being genuinely polite and being back-handed with a fake smile. It seems our server assumed we couldn’t tell. I should’ve asked for his name because he clearly didn’t want to be there. To top it all off, I had to stop a busser from taking away plates that I was still poking at TWICE. A simple “are we all finished over here?” Would’ve prevented the frustration but he kept grabbing things off the table without saying a word. We then had to wait and ask for soy sauce because the busser took it away from the table before my mom could get some. Overall: food and ambience saved this review. Hosts were very friendly and pleasant. However, the experience we had with our Server/busser will prevent us from ever returning. It is beyond unfortunate that we were celebrating a birthday and we walked away from our $400 meal with a bad taste in our mouth.

We highly recommend the Catch to come eat. Atmosphere beautiful, staff very friendly, explains the menu, we always have Ed the waiter recommend the food to eat. The food was fabulous. Highly recommend to try the desserts. This is not our first time being at the Catch. The waiter Ed was fabulous highly recommend him. And drinks outstanding. We will be back.

I was really excited to try this place but from beginning to end was disappointed. We had to wait 15 min for our table, which we had reserved. The waiter came by our table maybe twice. We were both out of drinks but never asked to refill. The velvet seats were soaked in some liquid , ruining both our outfits. Just not worth the hype.

We had a reservation for 6 and came with 9 people and they were able to accommodate us with a little extra wait time which was extremely appreciated. The hosts were very organized and helpful. The servers were excellent. The food was great for sharing with a large group as well. The server created a menu that fit my budget and the food was outstanding.

Well Catch had always been on the list. Now that we’ve gone it was pretty good. Food was ok but not to die for. Service after we finally sat down was great. Having to wait an extra 45 mins after we were there for a reservation made a month a go wasn’t that great though. Won’t be doing that unless I’m with someone whose never been.

Catch was fabulous. The wagyu surf and turf sushi roll as well as the catch roll were outstanding. Menu is a bit different, I kind of wished we had got more dishes to share, but my salmon was spectacular. Service was great and the atmosphere was lovely.
