Excellent food and service!
However portions are small considering sides are all
a la carte. At least a choice of one side needs to be included with entree
Took my girlfriend here for her 35th. Her lobster tail came out undercooked almost raw. My halibut was perfect. The crab cake app was perfect. The waiter was super slow in drinks. Never asked how we were doing. When we were packing he asked how things were. Got the lobster tail recooked. But never offered anything for a terrible dinner or service. So was a flop. Was really hoping for better. Hope my experience was just a fluke. Beautiful decorations. Cute location. But can't recommend.
The service and food from start to finish was outstanding! Highly recommend!
As usual excellent. Quality of the food is good in the world.
This is for A steak, chops, or a basic seafood restaurant. And you can’t beat the prices.
It was our anniversary dinner we had a wonderful time the service was very good the ambience was wonderful the food was so delicious. We will definitely be back.
We tried it a few weeks ago and were very pleased even though they were still working out some kinks. We dined there again last night and everything was outstanding! Great food, great drinks and great service!
Thrilled to have this restaurant in Scranton.
Excellent Date Night! The service, atmosphere and food were all top notch. Great menu selection, along with daily specials. Started with the Tuna Wasabi, pear salad, chilean Sea Bass, and finally the carrot cake! Definitely going back to try more of the menu items. Highly recommend!
Amazing dinner. great experience. very friendly and professional staff. Food was fresh and delicious. Everything was great! We ordered 2 drinks,2 appetizers, soup & salad, seafood bisque was out of this world! 2 dinners, dessert and coffee. Everything was perfect, 10/10 recommend.
Dinner with wife
Great food and service definitely going back. NY Strip the best
Food was very good but not exceptional for the price. Service was very good and attentive
I would try again , love the location.
The best restaurant in Scranton. Me and my two friends from a Locust Valley Long Island ate there last Thursday
The service is terrific. We were sitting by the owner of the restaurant, Benny, who also owns Sambuca, the best Italian restaurant in Scranton I think
I have lived in 16 countries and travel to 65.
I can say is this one of the best restaurants especially Disney value I’ll be there in the whole world.
Prices are 1/3 what you would pay in NYC
The restaurant is only been open for about two weeks. I’ve eaten there twice, and with my associates we’ve eaten
The Chipotle Shrimp
The Seared Tuna
The Pork Chop
The Seafood Paella
Then they offered us gravis
A chocolate cannoli
I expect to go back there at least once a week and sample everything on the menu. Especially the rack of lamb looks very interesting but they had already run out when I wanted to order it
The food was great & I sat in the bar area and loved the atmosphere.
I was in a party of three for a birthday celebration. One of the three meals came out correct. The second meal was barely cooked. It was ordered medium rare and it came out raw. The third meal was the wrong cut of meat. Both of those meals were sent back. The second meal came back just about the time that the first person finish her meal. The meal was properly cook; however the sides were both cold as they simply took the meat off the plate to further cook it. The third meal came back 10 minutes later, completely undercooked. That meal went back for the second time. When it finally came back, that person had the pleasure of eating alone as the other two parties were finished. Very sad that you try to give a new restaurant a chance since there are not many upscale restaurants in the area and the service is so poor. Sadly, I will not return. I would sooner drive 2 hours away for a better dining experience! Do not waste your time on Catch 21! Maybe it should have been named Catch 22!!!
Steak was over cooked and was too expensive.
Average food. Tuna tartar bland. Lobster and clams also bland. Ambiance / decor very cookie cutter. Random items on the wall from pottery barn. Not much effort went into the menu here.
We found the experience to be a little disappointing. There was no warmth to the service, it was perfunctory at best. The pear salad was as advertised however, the caesar salad was poor, there was no taste of garlic nor a back taste of mustard. I also do not believe egg yoke was used and parmigiana cheese was light.
The appetizers were enjoyable both the encrusted tuna and garlic shrimp in broth. The lobster ravioli was very good and the lobster tail was cooked just right but small hairs in the vegetables made the meal unappetizing. The cannoli was very good.
We would try this restaurant again as they just opened and we believe they will improve.
Absolutely love this new restaurant. The food was fantastic as well as the service. We started with the crab cake appetizer and it was amazing. My husband had the soup that was on special which was a seafood bisque and he loved it. For dinner, I had the sea bass and my husband had the bone-in rib eye. Everything was prepared perfectly. Our server Shannon was excellent and her assistant William was awesome. We cannot wait to go back.
We are so happy this restaurant has opened! My husband and I both enjoyed the seafood, a lot. I had the crab cake and grilled shrimp—outstanding. I know it will be hard not to order this every time I come it, it was so good. The server was attentive and helpful, and we enjoyed the whole experience.
Friendly and attentive staff. Good variety on the menu. Excellent food.
Bennie did a great job getting the place ready to open. He put a great team together. Service was great and food was excellent as we expected since he also owns Sambucca Grille.
