   Food was amazing. Service was a bit scattered but server was kind. Drinks were a bit slow from the bar. Kitchen was extremely accommodating to our allergies. Overall very good!

   We had a wonderful experience at the Catalina restaurant on our first night in the Grand Cayman Island. The food and calm ambience were excellent- the romaine salad was fresh and tasty, and the moist and flaky sea bass just melts away in the mouth deliciously! Our server, Willie, was excellent and attentive especially with his wine pairing and recommendation for the crème de la crème rum cake dessert. Highly recommend this restaurant for first day date location on the island! They also have an Omakase and a chef table’s fixed prix dinner for the restaurants next door to tease your palate if you so choose.

   We recently celebrated my best friend’s vegan birthday at Catalina, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful—but what truly made it exceptional was our waitress, Jennifer. From the moment we arrived (well, when one of us arrived—two of us got caught in the usual Friday traffic and were 15 minutes late), Jennifer went above and beyond. She was thoughtful, vibrant, and so attentive—making sure our birthday girl felt welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. She checked in on her regularly, offered her a seat, and even made sure she stayed hydrated until we arrived. That personal touch made all the difference. Once we were all there, Jennifer continued to shine—her energy was warm, helpful, and just the right balance of friendly and professional. It was a small party of three, but she made us feel like we were her top priority. Thank you, Catalina, for such a lovely evening—and a huge shoutout to Jennifer for making it even more special.    Our server Cynthia was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu - which is of course the best start to any meal. the food delicious - we started with the sharing board - the truffle cheese was incredible and and the jerk chicken and gnocchi are outstanding - share these between two - enjoy!

   We are staying at the hotel so this is our go-to restaurant. We love it. Service and food are wonderful and so is the ambiance.

   We had a wonderful time at Pom Pom for sunset and then went for dinner downstairs at Catalina. It is so beautiful and relaxing . We sat outside . Our server Remy was wonderful and made our night special.

    Everyone was very kind and attentive. The the sushi was spectacular as was the ceviche everything was fresh and delicious. And the margaritas were too.
