Indulge in a four-course tasting menu curated by our talented Chef Russ Troth, paired with a flight of award-winning wines from England's leading wine producer, Chapel Down. Overlooking the loveliest Castle in the world. Hosted by Chapel Down's own Henry Buss, you'll be guided through a tutored tasting of award-winning wine, carefully selected to pair with each course.
