The Castle built in 1945 and styled as a Chåteau de Normandie offers The Cellar for intimate casual dining with 9 tables and The Primrose at Castle Falls features a five course dining experience; both opened Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening by reservation and any day with prearrangement. Castle Falls features Euro-American cuisine. Though many still fondly remember the Keller in the Kastle from the 90’s, German cuisine is no longer served.
The food is outstanding. Great place for a special event or date night!
This was a surprise for our 22nd. Had no idea it was semi-private in the Primrose area but all-in-all the experience was absolutely amazing! I have already suggested it to friends and we are already planning to go back for a meal in the cellar.
Big thanks to our waitress, she was so amazing!!!! Gave us a tour of the place after, so cool!
Incredible from start to finish. Loved the service, the food, and the intimate atmosphere with only a few tables.
Wish I'd found Castle Falls sooner. It reminds me of a combination Haunted House and Twelve Oaks but with it's own character. Definitely will be coming back again.
Cheeseboard, Ribeye and cheesecake were all exceptional. My wife had a chicken pasta dish and she said it was the best she has ever had. If I had a complaint it would be that the service was a little slow but being our anniversary we weren't in a hurry and we enjoyed the time together. Apparently there are special rooms we can reserve that we will have to look into more next time. We walked around a little afterwards and it was beautiful.
Our “fresh bread” was frozen rolls you buy from Walmart. We were seated right next to the only other people there. The food was not good and drowned in sauce to try to cover it. Do not waste your time or money!
Overall great experience. We don’t mind paying more for a nice meal but the cost vs what you get is a little off in my opinion. That’s not to say we wouldn’t go back with friends and book one of the private dining rooms. I think that would be fun. I just expected the food to be a little better. Service was excellent, I’ve never got a drink faster anywhere.
Great place for”Date Night”! Cream of Asparagus Soup was really good. The food is always amazing and cannot day enough about the homemade peach ice cream. It was a light refreshing dessert after dinner.
Food is outstanding. Intimate atmosphere and the exterior grounds with the lighting at dusk is gorgeous. Even on a warm
It was our first time there and it was an excellent experience
This is the most marvelous restaurant I’ve had a chance to enjoy in my 40 years of living life. I’ve lived in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The food is divine and the service is absolutely phenomenal first class!!
We went to celebrate our Anniversary with a lovely dinner. The staff, atmosphere and food were amazing. We will definitely be returning to experience one of the private room 5 course evening!
I like the idea of the restaurant, it was just a strange experience eating out of somebody’s old living room. The waitress was extremely nice and did her job well. My boyfriend ordered the filet and it was really good but I had ordered the chicken linguini and it was extremely salty. It wasn’t a bad experience just expected a little more out of it.
Excellent food. Service great
Celebrated a friend going off to college. The food was delicious, the ambience was charming and the service was very personal. The salmon special was a great way to end the week...bread pudding was tasty but was disappointed that Strawberry goatcheese ice cream wasn't a special (and I never thought I would say anything nice about goatcheese).
The Ambiance is romantic, the place is quiet enough to have a conversation with that special person you're with and the food was excellent. The filet was tender and done perfectly. Beef tips with rotini covered in cheese with savory well done and delicious, although I was only able to eat half of it the serving being so large. The martini was perfect
Our first time there, went for husbands birthday. The food was wonderful and had enough to take home as well. It was evening when we left and all the lights were lit up outside it was beautiful.
Outstanding staff, service, cuisine! We loved the ambiance of the establishment!
Castle Falls has created a space on their beautifully wooded property that allows for an intimate, leisurely dinner that was quite delicious. I have been there before and love their steaks but this time I tried the salmon and it was wonderful... plus the the brussel sprouts were the tastiest I have had in a while (maybe ever?). The made from scratch cherry lime cream pie was great but not quite as good as a past dessert, strawberry ice cream with goat cheese, that the chef created on an earlier visit.
The chairs are to small to sit in comfortable. The tables are to close together, like cramming 5 or six dining room tables in your living room. The prices are to high for the quality of food. I had tough beef and the price is without salad, another $8 for the salad. Nice building to bad it is wasted on that restaurant. You don't get a chance to look around the building, you are not explained anything on the history of the building. Save your money, go to McDonalds you will be happier.
The food was amazing and the restaurant was very romantic! Definitely going back!
It’s great! I really love how it taste, and great ambiance!
They are very friendly and happy to serve. We will be back.
My wife and I had our 35 anniversary there. The service, food, and ambiance was top rate! The waitress was outstanding and provided top notch customer service. We had the filet and lobster Mac and cheese, both were exceptional! We will be back for another meal in the near future! P.S. Don’t miss out on the bread pudding!
Chef Dave and Elena were FABULOUS. The food was high quality and AMAZING.
Awesome experience.....so close to our hotel. Way better than any chain restaraunt for just a little more. Food was amazing but the atmosphere had us speechless!
My only thing was i thought it was more separated from other tables. More private
Excellent food and service in a quaint and charming atmosphere. Highly recommend and plan to return.
First time here and we decided to reserve a table in the cellar dining room. It was very cozy and romantic atmosphere. The chef Dave did an outstanding job with the presentation and the taste was excellent. We had the Mahi and the chicken. Both were wonderful. Our server, Andrea was very attentive and helpful with all our questions.
My wife and I went here for our 21 anniversary dinner. We will be back for dinner again. Everything was amazing.
Outstanding food. Had the pork chop and salmon, both were very good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
Perfect for our anniversary! They were so gracious and kind to us. The food was exceptional and the ambiance was romantic.
Every meal I have had at Castle Falls has been delicious but, this time, I was reminded HOW much I enjoy their pork chop entree....DELICIOUS. Oh and the "made from scratch" lemon pie was divine....and i don't even like lemon pie!! The service was excellent...even during though it was busy when I was there.
This place was exactly what we hoped for when we made the reservation: amazing atmosphere, quaint venue, and delicious food. Our waiter was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed celebrating my husband's birthday here!
Great service. Great food. Reasonable prices.
Great service, awesome food.
I had the Special (beef tenderloin medallions with mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes, and asparagus, and my wife had the 14 oz ribeye, and both were outstanding! The Cabernet paired wonderfully and the service was on point. Very pleased with the menu and ambiance was very romantic.
Great food as always service was good and the cheese cake was to die for. Highly recommended. Looking forward to returning soon.
Great ambiance and food as usual.
It's always a pleasure and a treat to dine at the restaurant.
Special place for special occasions. Great food and service.
