    Food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was amazing. They went the extra mile for our anniversary as well which was really appreciated. Highly recommend going Castellos in Banff.

    I recently had the pleasure of dining in the Ramsay bar and lounge area, where I was warmly welcomed by the entire team on shift. From the moment I arrived, the exceptional hospitality of Mr. Franklin, the manager on duty, set the tone for a memorable evening. Our server, Max, provided impeccable service throughout our meal, showcasing his extensive knowledge of the menu and offering thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our experience. We were also fortunate to meet Chef Rossi, who graciously made an appearance and suggested some wonderful dishes that truly impressed us. Every detail contributed to a delightful dining experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.

    Max was an amazing server, very attentive and took care of us for the evening. We will definitely come again. Avoid the Gnocco Fritto, it's the bread option but was not a good bread option. It was deep friend pasta dough, not the nice salted loaf that castellos is known for.

    Restaurant itself and the people are great, just like any “fancy restaurant” portions are small, but I honestly can say these were tiny tiny. Again this type of place even if the portions are small they would taste amazing. But not what I had. It was ok at best. Anyways went for a late supper to fill me up afterwards
