    Love this place. Has that sexy lounge feel, outdoor seating with heaters if that's your speed or you can sit indoors, nice cocktail menu including non alcoholic and delicious bites and appetisers.

    Het is een prima locatie om even een drankje te doen en een klein hapje, maar verwacht geen fantastisch uitzicht. Deze viel echt iets tegen. Ze hebben wel een mega leuk buitenterras dus wellicht is het zomers veel leuker! Binnen was het echt te fris ondanks dat de openhaard aanstond. De cocktail, Smoking Manhattan, die qua naam enorm aantrekkelijk klonk, viel niet alleen bij ons niet in de smaak maar ook bij de tafels om ons heen zag je dat deze een enorme tegenvaller was. We hadden een borrelplankje en die was ok. Toegankelijk en aardig tent, maar mag niet zo hoog in de Rooftop bars top 10 staan als ik hem gevonden heb.

    Food was great, service was polite and friendly and attentive. View was gorgeous. Full moon for my birthday. Drinks were yummy! Will visit again. Recommend but menu not updated on website.

    Our experience was great, the food was awesome, but I did put a note in our reservation stating it was my mom’s birthday that we were celebrating. The restaurant didn’t do anything special for her or even just acknowledge, so I wish they had done something otherwise why would I have noted that’s the reason we were there.

    A fantastic oasis in the middle of Times Square. My only regret is that I didn't give myself more time there to enjoy some snacks or Tapas

    We came here for drinks because we were staying at the hotel. Good vibe and surprisingly there is a view of Empire state building. Small but mighty drink selection.

    Castell Rooftop Lounge has chic, classy interiors with gorgeous rooftop views of the city. The small bites were delicious and great for sharing at brunch! The seasonal drink menu was carefully curated with creative and unique options. All the autumn options were well-prepared and they even offered a special spooky drink during Halloween weekend! Attentive service. It’s my favorite rooftop in the city yet - I’m looking forward to taking more friends and family here!

    The location is lovely. We were told we only have an hour and half to eat and drink. Also the table we were sat at was so tiny that there was barely room for all the food and drinks we got.

    Bad service, they don’t care about the customers. Average food, average views.. won’t come again. Brunch offer is extremely basic. I’d suggest going somewhere else.. there’s plenty of better places to go in Manhattan.

    Ambience is truly amazing. Wish we could have sat outside, but I was told it was first come first serve (even though I had a reservation and requested to sit outside). Staff was definitely a bit rude and snobby. Drinks were fabulous! The Nightcap is the best espresso martini I’ve ever had.

    Appaling service. Tables around us being served after we had ordered before them. Reminded our waiter twice. After that he came across to ask had we not rec'd our food. He should have known being the server! After an hour we decided to go. I asked for the bill which frankly should have been cancelled

    We didn’t really enjoy the experience here. We had to wait for our reservation even after I received a text on the way up that our table was ready. The table beside us came in without a reservation and was served water and beverages before we were acknowledged. We both didn’t like our drinks and The food (eggplant dip, empanadas and lobster roll) were not great. The eggplant was terrible but the empanada were ok. The lobster roll was ok as well however the tomato bisque that came with it was quite lovely. Overall, not a place I would return to. The space is very nice as well as the view.

    I had a 1 pm reservation and it was raining that day so I assumed we would be able to dine inside. When I arrived with my party of 6 people we were told we would have to sit in the lobby and eat because they couldn’t accommodate my party anymore. While I understand there was limited space inside, a phone call would have been nice so that I could have made other arrangements. They knew they wouldn’t be able to accommodate everyone but instead said nothing. I am highly disappointed and they were very unhelpful.

    We only had drinks and the overall vibe if the place was ok, but not as fancy as on their website pictures. Unfortunately they didn’t know how to make a Pornstar Martini. Instead of informing us upfront, they made some random drink. The waitress was very nice and allowed us to return the drink and have the bartender make it again based on our input, however it was still nowhere close which was a shame. It seems they had no idea what the drink consisted of. Overall slightly disappointed as we expected a much better bar, considering the prices.
