This was the 1st time myself and my family have ever been to Castaways. The staff was quite welcoming and friendly and we really liked the covered outdoor dining space overlooking the ocean. The food and overall was great and we will definitely be back again soon!

Food was mediocre at best. The pasta dishes were incredibly oily and greasy. The fish was overcooked and dry. My child’s chicken was inedible. The only thing that was tasty was the very overpriced bread basket which is enough for maybe 2 people. It’s not a basket. The view is pretty, over the ocean . The service is typical of most of the island .. slow and indifferent. I’d never go back here again.

Lovely setting and great service team. The food was lovely. Wonderful Pizzas and the Salted caramel ice cream was the best we have ever tasted.

The service, atmosphere and view were outstanding! Overall a great dining experience in The Gap section of Barbados. It was upstairs overlooking the water. I had the King fish -it was salted and flavored to perfection. The beet salad came with a little shot glass of beet and goat cheese purée. It was unusual and a nice touch and delicious.
