server Tim was excellent. Light on table wouldnt work. Shrimp cocktail could use attention. Shrimp were dry and way too much cocktail sauce for the dish. consider a couple of lemon wedges to finish the shrimp with needed acid and keep them moist instead of so much cocktail sauce that would be tossed out. Entrées were good but lobster tails needs a spoon to pry the meat free (table had fork and knife) or maybe kitchen could start them for easier removal at table. overall very good experience for the money.

They remodeled since we were last at Cask and cork. The changes were very nice. Service was wonderful and attentive. This is one of our favorite places in Amarillo when we are there.

We like doing Sunday brunch here, it can be loud upstairs and in patio, however we like the downstairs dinning room for quiet conversation and lovely atmosphere (redo on seating area is great)

The appetizers and desserts were good, but unfortunately, the main course was a disappointment. The Alfredo sauce had an overwhelming amount of pepper, making it impossible to eat (and to make matters worse, we had specifically asked if it contained pepper and were assured it didn't). Additionally, there were remnants of another type of pasta in the gnocchi and ravioli dish. Unfortunately, everyone who ate with us ended up feeling unwell. Given our previous positive experiences, we'll definitely think twice before choosing this restaurant again.

We visited Cask & Cork for my wife's birthday. We initially sat at the bar and enjoyed some good conversation with a glass of wine and an appetizer. Next, we proceeded to the top deck for dinner. I brought a very nice bottle of wine and asked the server if she would open it for us and bring us a decanter. She had never used a decanter before and did spill some of the wine, but once I showed her the trick to minimize spills, she did fine after that. My wife ordered the pasta with alfredo sauce and I had the Bison tenderloin. Both meals were very tasty. After dinner, they treated us with our choice of dessert because of my wife's birthday. She chose the chocolate cookie with ice cream. Great choice. Overall, the meal was above average. The corkage fee was a bit steep, but the wine we brought was an outstanding pairing for our meal. All in all, it was a nice experience and I'm sure we'll be back.

We really like the downstairs remodel - it gives the downstairs dining area a much improved ambiance with the darker walls and new lighting.
