Tables for 2 are far too close together. Couldn't have a conversation for fear of the people next to us listening. They definitely need to be more spaced out.

Absolutely disappointing service £18 for 3 splashes of chambord No option to order any additional drinks Empty plates never cleared Raised to manager and apologised - maybe been busy but not what should happen - never took drinks order or empty plates Nor did he arrange anyone else to Went looking for staff to ask for drinks menu for cocktails, eventually brought to table and told I’ll come back for order - nearly an hour later still didn’t so ended up leaving. Ruined what was a special occasion (had this in booking notes)

Having received a voucher for afternoon tea at Cask & Clyde my wife and I booked a table through Open Table. The booking experience was fairly easy and although I'd made a mistake with the date, it wasn't difficult to cancel and get it right a second time. Cask & Clyde itself was a fantastic venue. The staff were friendly and accomodating, the food was nice. The place itself was spotless and exceptionally well kept, which is a big plus over regular dining out experiences. Although our time was relativy short and we didn't venture beyond trying the afternoon tea, we decided that we would revisit for a meal the next time we're at a show. Perhaps even booking a room at the Double Tree.

This was a fantastic afternoon tea. One of the best I have ever had. The service was amazing, the overall value for money was great. Catherine our server was very friendly and went the extra mile to make our lunch excellent. I would highly recommend this.

The food was okay, the sandwiches were a bit hard and only 3 different types, cakes were nice and a good few to pick from also.
