   It was really good, food & service is amazing! They are friendly and at the same time they let you do your own business. They had everything set up for us just as we asked for. Letting them know before hand every thing that you need is really useful for them to give you exactly what you want. Really the best option!

   My experience here was fantastic, moses really gave us the best night I would highly recommend, everything about here was perfect, the hotel was beautiful, the views were amazing, the music playing softly in the background, this was one of the best experiences if not the best we have had and again moses was a big reason for this. He was telling us things about the stars, took pictures of us so we had captured all the special moments of the night, he told us some storys aswell which were great, I had proposed this night and she said yes so could not have asked for a better night.

    The best restaurant on the beach. If you’re looking for a romantic, once in a lifetime experience, go to Casitas and ask to be served by Moses. He made our entire evening for my girlfriends birthday amazing.

    Moses is incredible! He gave us the most amazing anniversary experience we've ever had! The food was amazing! Moonlight dinner on the beach! This was absolutely incredible and Moses made it even better! His pictures, lighting changes, and astronomy lessons were so amazing!

    when we were already seated, we were charged a sum of $100 dollars for a "usage fee", not being able to deduct from the consummation, and when we went to pay the bill they said they did not receive payment in cash, and none of this is informed in their website and no other location.

    It was our last honeymoon dinner in Cancun. Our server Moises was attentive, sweet, and took the time to capture some beautiful pictures of my husband and I. Casitas was definitely the perfect place to celebrate our last night and the food was delicious! We even got lucky and witnessed two sea turtles come lay their eggs. Overall it was an amazing night, made truly special by our waiter.

    AMAZING is an understatement. This restaurant was immaculate, the service, food, ambiance, and everything was perfect. I surprised my husband with dinner here for his bday and he was so impressed. Please visit and if you have special request such as rose petals and etc, let them know in advance.

    We hired a Casita / Cabana for our daughters 18th birthday. Setting on the beach was beautiful and we were lucky enough to see a huge sea turtle! Food was really delicious. We were 5 people and had the full range from sea food to beef tacos. Very attentive waiter who was happy to accommodate any questions and take pictures. A pricey evening but a special occasion which we all really enjoyed!

    My fiance and I stayed at the Ritz Cancun this past weekend and decided to celebrate our recent engagement with an al fresco dinner on the beach at Casitas. The food was amazing -- fresh seafood prepared in wonderful local flavors. The service was exceptional as well. Really all the food and staff at the Ritz are top notch. But for our last night, we decided to celebrate with a unique dinner in a private Casita. What we were most looking forward to was the beautiful ambience the Ritz team creates for their guests in the Casitas. Although our experience in the Casitas was beautiful and romantic on the beach, it was not as pictured on the Ritz website so I was a bit underwhelmed by the set up (which costs an additional $100USD). On the Ritz website, the Casitas have lanterns lining the pathways and surrounding all corners of the Casitas creating a lovely glow to your private dining experience. We only had one small lantern in a corner and no lanterns lighting the pathway from the hotel onto our Casita. Also there were lounge chairs scattered in front of us which was not like what the pictures on the Ritz website showed of a clean oceanfront view. Again, our experience was still great with the amazing food and wonderful staff, but we came with a certain expectation for the romantic ambience which was shown on the Ritz website and the setting that night for us did not deliver. I would suggest bringing back the lanterns (if this was perhaps removed for any reason) and also stacking the lounge chairs and setting aside so that the oceanfront view from the Casitas are clear and unobstructed. It will add significantly to the atmosphere and ambience for a more relaxed and romantic experience for your guests!

    We had a wonderful experience. There were many vegetarian and meat dishes to accommodate the whole family. The tortilla soup was amazing, the veggie lasagna was incredible and the steak was fantastic. We chose to eat in a cabana and we loved it. The ambience and service were above and beyond our expectations!

    Fabulous service and private cabana dining makes for a romantic evening. Plan to start before sunset to take advantage of the views as the colors in the sky change. The lobster bisque is served with chunks of lobster and rich broth. The seafood rice casserole for two was filled with fresh lobster, shrimp, fish and scallops combined with tomato based yummy sauce. The four mini desserts were a perfect ending with tiramisu, cheesecake, chocolate, and key lime flavors. The staff let us know about a sea turtle on the beach so we could catch a glimpse too. Great experience!

    What can I say. They made my surprise proposal just awesome. I really appreciate the staff. Our waiter was just stupendous, he went out his way to make our memory one in a lifetime. I want to thank the whole team at Casitas for outstanding service. Words can’t express my happiness not only with the service but with the quality of the food and especially the quality of the experience. The set up of the Casitas is great. It is extremely private and you have oceanfront dinner and the waves crashing as your eating and enjoying the experience is just priceless. A huge thank you to our waiter and the hostess for our memories.

    Breathtaking views on the beach! Very romantic. Service was good. Food was smaller portions than other restaurants in Cancun and extremely over priced. But for a special night you can’t beat the romantic feel!

    Great atmosphere, incredible service experience, foodies are tasty with very reasonable pricing. I had a such great time and fun evening with my family at the cabana. If you are looking for a place with relaxing sound of waves as your background music, I highly recommend it.

    The setting was spectacular, the food was fabulous and the service was excellent. If you are looking for a special dinner-this is the thing to book. We had the seafood tower and it was amazing! My husband had a juicy steak and I had a delicious salad. Drinks were refreshing and tropical. It was my husband's birthday and they made a very special night of it. The service was impeccable and we felt like we were on our own tropical oasis.
