4名で予約して伺いました。友人が先に着き、予約名を伝えましたが、予約が入っていないと言われ、2名席に案内されたようです。予約の画面を見せたら、4名席に移動してくれましたが、すみませんの一言もなかったそうです。サービスの方は新人さんなのか、質問しても的確な答えがなく…ただ一生懸命なのは伝わったので好感は持ちました。サービスが良いと聞き、伺ったので非常に残念です。ランチの金額だとしょうがないのでしょうか。再訪はありません。

誕生日のお祝いに行きましたが噂通りの素晴らしい演出でした。特に水をコップに入れたら氷ができたところにはまったくびっくりしました。次は自分の誕生日のお祝いにも行きたいと思いました。

Best Italian Restaurant in Tokyo! We wanted to experience Italian cuisine in Tokyo and we were not disappointed! Casita is on par with high quality Italian restaurants in major cities like Rome, Venice, NY, LA, Chicago etc. The ambiance is the most unique. Not only are they located on a high floor and give you a great view, but they have beautiful digital artwork paintings which come alive with the characters playing music and the artwork flowing out of the paintings into the walls. It’s very romantic and the service is top drawer. Ask for Daniel who provided excellent service. The wait staff are professional and eager to help. We started with a unique mushroom fritter and I had a lobster linguini. My husband had a beef pasta dish followed by a wonderful chocolate and hazelnut dessert. They provided excellent bread.. This is a must do!

とても楽しみにお伺いしましたが、期待はずれでした。何より、チーム力の低さを感じました。残念です。お客様ながによって対応が違う。頼んでいる料理が出てこない。支払いのタイミングが遅い。部下に対する態度がきつい。などあの感動したセミナーのお店で食事したのかと思うくらいざんねんでした。

地元福岡から母が東京に来てくれ、1年ぶりに母との食事という話をするとスタッフさんが写真を撮って下さり2人に写真のサプライズプレゼントをして頂きました。本当にありがとうございました。最高の思い出になりました。また家族で利用させて頂きます。

毎年旦那さんの誕生日のお祝いで利用しています。毎回、ステキな時間を過ごすことができ、毎年楽しみにしています。今回は、クルージングコースで誕生日のお祝いをしていただき、店内の色々な場所で食事ができ、より料理も楽しめました。また、料理が美味しすぎて、最後のデザート分がはいらず残念でした。旦那さんと一緒にこの空間と時間を過ごせることに幸せを感じるお店です。

以前はカシータの接客・ホスピタリティが良いとされていましたが、ちょっと時代遅れな感じがして残念でした。誕生日で利用させていただいたのですが、ワインラベル、ナプキンのネーム入れとありきたりなバースデープレートでしたので、他のレストランが素晴らしく行き届いたサービスを提供するようになった今あえてカシータを選ぶかと言われたら、私はNOでした。入り口でいきなり名前を間違えられたの他店ではありえません。それでしたら名前を呼ばれないほうが余程よかったです。呼ぶのであれば徹底してほしいと思います。残念です。

彼女のお誕生日祝いで利用させていただきました。カシータといえばおもてなしとお伺いしてましたが、想像を上回るサービスで彼女は大興奮でした。サーベルナイフによる抜栓が非常に気に入ったようです。最後にラベルとコルクまでいただけて良い思い出づくりができました。コース内容は生ハムとビーツ、アメリカンチェリーのサラダ仕立てウズラと夏野菜のグリル稚鮎とクレソンのフェデリーニ短角牛のフィレ肉のグリルデザートプレートでした。味は言わずもがな最高でした。食事の量は満腹になる量でした。自分も楽しませていただいて、とても充実したディナーとなりました。

先日大阪から妻の誕生日祝いで訪問しました。とても雰囲気があるお店で、料理と接客は申し分ありませんでした。ほうぼうを使ったアクアパッツァやパスタも美味！！特筆すべきは、ほかの方々もおっしゃる通りホスピタリティです。最後帰るときにはタクシーを道に出てとめてくださりお見送りまでしていただきびっくり。翌日訪問した帝国ホテルなんかより、よっぽどホスピタリティに注力されています。おかげさまで記憶に残る誕生日祝いになり、妻共々感謝しております。また東京に行くときに必ず訪問します。今後ともよろしくお願いします。ありがとうございました。

We visited as a last minute choice after some shopping! The restaurant is located on a high floor but finding it was made easy by one of the staff waiting outside for us and taking us up. Thanks! Food was very good and was busy with locals....service by the manager was first class as we have little japanese knowledge... thank you all and we would recommend.

口コミ以上にスタッフの客への配慮を感じられた。雰囲気やサーブも適度であり、料理の味、量も及第点、コストパフォーマンスもこの地域としてはリーズナブルでした。我々はコース料理が苦手でしたが、アラカルトにも丁寧に対応していただけました。ビールが好きなのですが、コップが小さい割に1杯800円は少し高いかな？でも機会があれば再訪したいと思います。

The first class all around. The service was attentive, yet subtle, flawless. Food was simple, straightforward and full of flavors - solid nothern Italian characteristics. I especially enjoyed their special Agnolotti dal Plin and was happy to see Barbera d'Alba selections on their wine list to complement it.

総合的には大変満足特にスタッフさんのサービスや気遣いについては感動しました。価格に対する価値は十分あり、知り合いにもオススメできます。あまりこういった格と言いますか、ちゃんとしたお店の経験が無いので、背後や視界の端にスタッフさんがこっちを気にしている感じが伝わり正直落ち着かなかったですが、私がお店の格に慣れてない為だと思います。料理も複雑な味、食べたことが無いものばかりで未体験の新鮮さを私は味わえました。ただストレートに美味しいとは違った価値なのかなと思います。毎日食べたいと言うよりは特別な日に食べたい感じ。是非またここに来たいですし、他のカシータも行ってみたいと思いました。
