Cute restaurant tucked away off the street. Have been here a few times. Loved it the first time, liked it the second time, was unimpressed the third time. Here's why .....the menu doesn't change and therefore looses any creativity. Margarita 's are very weak, a lot of the ingredients are repeated - so if you think you are ordering different items - they taste the same. Worth one visit and servers are terrific. Chef needs to be more inventive !

What an incredible restaurant! The food was spectacular, the service was prompt, and everyone was so friendly. We tried almost all of the tacos (loved the Fried Chicken) and several of the entrees. The restaurant can be a little tricky to find as it is behind a Dental Office. There is parking in the back even though it is not labeled that way. There is plenty of parking on the street though. Enjoy your meal!

Tasty food, friendly staff. A little loud, making it hard for a conversation. But we will definitely return!

Staff was very attentive, the food was varied and very tasty with a unique combination of spices. Appetizers and entrees were very generous portions and reasonably priced. Desert was excellent and drinks were tasty and unique. Very nice dining experience on all levels and recommend trying for a unique Spanish cuisine.

Our first time here, & it was wonderful. The bacon guacamole is a must, as well as the short rib flautist. We ordered an array of tacos, which were all delicious. Only one comment, however, about the soft taco shells. They are a bit too thick & chewy, & not very hot. The short ribs mole are also very tender & flavorful. The drinks are innovative, & the flan is a must. We're definitely coming back.

It's a cute little hidden venue behind a dental office on Riverside. I like what they've done with the place but they've failed to install air conditioning or at the very least, ceiling fans. So on a hot, muggy day being uncomfortable detracted from the experience. The watermelon margarita sounded refreshing but when the $14 drink arrived it was a small glass full of ice, fresh watermelon juice and very little tequila. Next time I'll order a watermelon juice and save the money. The food is ala carte, $17 Lobster tacos was all you got with two dabs of quacamole to hold the tacos in place, small crisp shells and essentially flavorless, I added hot sauce and the salsa served with the chips, which the waiter never offered to refill, along with my water glass in a very hot room. The salad with the special cheese was quite good, that and the Brussel sprouts saved the meal. But don't expect to go there and get filled up. No rice, no beans, unless you order them? Pricey for what you get, one very weak, mostly ice, drink, a ginger ale, two orders of ala carte small lobster tacos, salad and Brussel sprouts came to $87, before tip. If the drinks were stronger I could have overlooked the rest but the heat, tiny portions and the high price tag left me underwelmed.

We felt lucky to get an outside patio table, otherwise the noise inside would have been very intrusive and would have driven us away. (We were a party of 10). The ambiance outside was lovely. But if you don't mind noise, especially later as the bar fills up, then you will like this place. Inside, there are hardwood floors and wooden tables and it seemed that only one of the rooms (of which there were several) had some velvet covered 'armchairs' to absorb some of the sound. While the decor was simple, it was tasteful and stylish, helped greatly by the architecture. And the tropical entryway off the alley/driveway was VERY inviting! Our server was extremely friendly and attentive, gave us time and space both in terms of taking our order and bringing the food. She cleared plates/glasses that were no longer in use as we went . Her only fault was forgetting to bring spoons for the desserts and the coffee. Otherwise she would have gotten full marks in my book. (Sorry, don't remember her name) The food was varied, with interesting combinations (eg. short rib tacos with a mildly hot sauce on the side), a good variety of vegetarian dishes (eg. roasted cauliflower, excellent brussel sprouts, yellow beet and white bean salad) which made the vegans among us very happy. We will go back as long as the patio is a seating option!

My husband and I started with the bacon guacamole (so good) and shared the brussel sprouts and lobster, hangar steak and duck confit tacos - all delicious. Loved the ambience; felt like someone's home. Can't wait to come back!
