Fantastic experience, great food, service and atmosphere
This was out third visit and the food was the best ever. Service was terrific! Will go back again and tell others about the great experience.
I loved the ambiance of Casa Sensei but the service was just average. The food was pretty good but not worth the price in my opinion. There were also a lot of flies/gnats flying around which made the place not feel clean.
Service and food were excellent. I recomend Fried Rice Sensei, it was delicious. Definitely we will come back.
Great mix of ethnic foods, from sushi to empanadas to dumplings and more.
The staff was amazing, the food was delicious. They made a great dining experience for us.
Very good Asian fusion experience, in a refreshing setting along The River in trendy Las Olas.
Get the Lobster Guacamole to start, as well as the Bao Buns. The Guacamole portion could be more generous as the chip to guac ratio was too disproportionate.
The Truffle edamame, also is very good.
The Fish Burnt, Buttered truffle and Lobster Komodo rolls were very good. All the rolls were ample in size. I recommend 1 roll per person and sharing as the rolls are ample in size (in contrast to the appetizers).
Great service all around by our server. Our hostess greeted us with a smile and suggested a great seating location too.
The main drawback for me was the price of the meal. It is a bit steep considering the meal. However, the value also includes the fact that I was able to have lunch with my daughters and beautiful wife, in a lovely venue along a quiet river in Ft. Lauderdale. There's a premium for that.
For our first time there, we really Love the place and we had a fabulous night.
Great experience, food was great.
Chicken was lil over cooked! I always get the Kung Fu Lo Mien!
Great service and delicious food !
Buns tasted a day too old, duck was dry, bulgogi didn't seem like the ribeye it claimed to be. Way over priced for quality and size as well
Very nice quiet restaurant with a different approach mixing Japanese and Latin food. It seems they focused a lot on making their food spicy which my wife and I loved.
Beautiful location along a canal in a quieter section of Las Olas Boulevard with elegant indoor and outdoor seating. We chose indoors because of the slight humidity on the day. Very interesting fusion of Latin American and Asian dishes - we ordered some of both - that blended very well together. All the dishes were rated highly by everyone in our group. Service was attentive and pleasant and ambience and lighting were pleasant and relaxing.
Provisional "yes" to a return visit. Overall experience was good (seated on the canal) but service and attention to detail was lacking. We were seated and waited at least 15 minutes for a server to come by. Eventually one of the waiters took note and took us on despite not being assigned our table. Clearly someone dropped the ball on the table assignment. I didn't see any front of the house staff on any fly-bys during our meal. Overall our food was good but modestly overpriced.
My husband and I enjoyed Casa Sensei so much that we returned the very next day to dine with them again. Mrs. Barbara and Gary made our experience an extremely memorable dining experience. The food was impeccable.
Awesome menu! Can't wait to get back and try more of it!
The food was delicious.. and I love the restaurant. Very clean, and decor was nice. Love the location.
Very good food, outstanding service! Will visit again soon.
Food was a mix of thai, japanese and latin!!! Not clear what they are good at. In general, food is average but too expensive for what you get.
First time at Casa Sensei we love it. Appetizer we had grilled octopus was delicious and for dinner my wife had crispy peking duck and I had jasmine rice with Korean Steak Chimichurri Amazing. The Services was very good knowledgeable waiter and very nice. Recommended 100 %
Love, love this place, second time here! First with my husband, we had such a great experience, the food is over the top, so good we came back with friends, and they raved about it. Once again Casa Sensei did not disappoint, delicious food and awesome service. Very nice atmosphere outside and inside. Already can’t wait to go back. Thank you
We sat outside, waterside, on a beautiful evening... Food was served beautifully and a bit salty but good...had lettuce wraps, sushi, pad Thai, steak.
Will go back if in the area
Really great food , I was surprised how good it was , waitress was super nice , check this place out
I love this restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is great!
The food was amazing and the place was beautiful although are server I didn’t understand much
I was part of a party of 8 with a reservation on August 9th. Our table was ready as soon as we arrived and it was a great space in the back of the restaurant with a sheer curtain for added privacy. All the people in my party were very pleased with the cocktails and food. We did get a birthday dessert which had a great sparkler attached to it. Our ordered plates included seafood, chicken, sushi, and rice. Everything was very tasty. The servers were very friendly and attentive. The one side of the restaurant is all glass overlooking the river and there is available outdoor seating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great mix of cuisine.
Food was excellent and they gave us a wrong menu which we ordered fro and it was not an available meal and because of it gave us a free dessert tray! That was not necessary but shows you there EXCELLENT management style!
Fantastic sushi, great service (thank you, Vanessa) and just lovely spot on Las Olas Blvd
The best edamame in town, with warm truffle oil and sea salt. The lobster curl with stir fry vegetables was great. Service is alway attentive and excellent. The atmosphere is romantic and not loud, so you can talk!
Great food and great presentations the staff was very nice
The food was a very interesting mix of Asian and Latin American dishes. Ceviche and shrimp wonton soup was very good. But the duck was outstanding. Highly recommended for the foods and the cocktails. Hard to have a conversation indoors because is a bit too loud. Unfortunately the weather was not helping otherwise i would seat outdoors. Very beautiful.
Service, food, ambiance, everything was perfect.
We sat outside - very relaxing environment. Food was an interesting mix of cultures - lobster and guacamole, Rangoon with fresh crab, etc...Great food!
Nice place with good variety of dishes. We had sushi and cocktails. Just beware of mosquitoes if you sit outside.
The Pescado frito and the Korean steak chimichurri were great.
I would only recommend this place if you are planning on making your dining experience more casual. The food was good, but we had expected more flavor, more uniqueness. The dining location is nice, but they seated us right in front of the bar, which made our anniversary dinner very casual. We had more hopes for this place. Service was ok, but we had to call for attention several times.
Nice and quiet dinner. Food was very good, extremely attentive service.
Really recommend it, love the combination of Latin and Asian food.
Fantastic, as always. Salt and pepper prawns are amazing, also tried the wagyu beef which was outstanding. Ambience is pretty and perfect for a date night, staff and service great.
Lovely setting by the water. Innovative menu. Friendly staff. Sensible prices. Delightful all the way around.
