Food was a mix of thai, japanese and latin!!! Not clear what they are good at. In general, food is average but too expensive for what you get.
First time at Casa Sensei we love it. Appetizer we had grilled octopus was delicious and for dinner my wife had crispy peking duck and I had jasmine rice with Korean Steak Chimichurri Amazing. The Services was very good knowledgeable waiter and very nice. Recommended 100 %
Love, love this place, second time here! First with my husband, we had such a great experience, the food is over the top, so good we came back with friends, and they raved about it. Once again Casa Sensei did not disappoint, delicious food and awesome service. Very nice atmosphere outside and inside. Already can’t wait to go back. Thank you
We sat outside, waterside, on a beautiful evening... Food was served beautifully and a bit salty but good...had lettuce wraps, sushi, pad Thai, steak.
Will go back if in the area
Really great food , I was surprised how good it was , waitress was super nice , check this place out
I love this restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is great!
The food was amazing and the place was beautiful although are server I didn’t understand much
I was part of a party of 8 with a reservation on August 9th. Our table was ready as soon as we arrived and it was a great space in the back of the restaurant with a sheer curtain for added privacy. All the people in my party were very pleased with the cocktails and food. We did get a birthday dessert which had a great sparkler attached to it. Our ordered plates included seafood, chicken, sushi, and rice. Everything was very tasty. The servers were very friendly and attentive. The one side of the restaurant is all glass overlooking the river and there is available outdoor seating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great mix of cuisine.
Food was excellent and they gave us a wrong menu which we ordered fro and it was not an available meal and because of it gave us a free dessert tray! That was not necessary but shows you there EXCELLENT management style!
Fantastic sushi, great service (thank you, Vanessa) and just lovely spot on Las Olas Blvd
The best edamame in town, with warm truffle oil and sea salt. The lobster curl with stir fry vegetables was great. Service is alway attentive and excellent. The atmosphere is romantic and not loud, so you can talk!
Great food and great presentations the staff was very nice
The food was a very interesting mix of Asian and Latin American dishes. Ceviche and shrimp wonton soup was very good. But the duck was outstanding. Highly recommended for the foods and the cocktails. Hard to have a conversation indoors because is a bit too loud. Unfortunately the weather was not helping otherwise i would seat outdoors. Very beautiful.
Service, food, ambiance, everything was perfect.
We sat outside - very relaxing environment. Food was an interesting mix of cultures - lobster and guacamole, Rangoon with fresh crab, etc...Great food!
Nice place with good variety of dishes. We had sushi and cocktails. Just beware of mosquitoes if you sit outside.
The Pescado frito and the Korean steak chimichurri were great.
I would only recommend this place if you are planning on making your dining experience more casual. The food was good, but we had expected more flavor, more uniqueness. The dining location is nice, but they seated us right in front of the bar, which made our anniversary dinner very casual. We had more hopes for this place. Service was ok, but we had to call for attention several times.
Nice and quiet dinner. Food was very good, extremely attentive service.
Really recommend it, love the combination of Latin and Asian food.
Fantastic, as always. Salt and pepper prawns are amazing, also tried the wagyu beef which was outstanding. Ambience is pretty and perfect for a date night, staff and service great.
Lovely setting by the water. Innovative menu. Friendly staff. Sensible prices. Delightful all the way around.
They were accommodating to our needs when we showed up with more people than we made reservations for and we got lucky and got seated outside. Food and ambiance were great and the cotton candy with the bill was a nice touch we were not expecting!
Food was great, service a bit uneven. Sushi was some of the best in Fort Lauderdale I have tried!
Service is super slow.
To add to the delayed service, my main dish excluded the chicken which I had asked for. And the server adjusted the check only after I asked for i
I had booked a table for for 7 People for my husbands
50 th birthday. When we arrived. There was no table and the booking i had made was not to be found. They found a smal table in the garden , IT startsted to Rain so we went inside an There we found a bigger table. The food was verry good. The reservecion I made, I got an e-mail that konfirmd the resevation, but When we arrived There was no table. We came all the way from Norway to selebrait my husbands 50th birthday..
Food was excellent and service as well! Would definitely eat here again.
Great food...fair service
Expensive with not outstanding asian food. The restaurant was almost empty but we had to wait soo long for every plate we ordered. Waitresses are kind but slow. The place is very well located, with an incredible decoration and ambience. In my opinion this place has reviews different than reality.
We had an incredible evening celebrating our son's birthday! The food was amazing and the service was FANTASTIC! We live in Coral Ridge so we tend to go to another local restaurant in our neighborhood as a usual standby...you just took the lead! So glad we found you!
The food was good and will definitely return however they need to work on a few things. We had reservations and half of our party arrived an half hour early but they had nowhere to seat us. They tried seating us outside but the table had no lights (we were told they were going to work in the lights) and and it was so humid outside that the fans they had only made it worse blowing hot air. This is a really small place so I don’t suggest any large parties going here to celebrate because they don’t have the space to accommodate in my opinion. When we finally got seats inside our waitress was great! I hate that I don’t remember her name but she was lovely and made up for the mishaps when we first arrived.
Another very good meal. Food was great. Service was good but could be improved.
The Food was Exceptional!! I cannot express that enough. And our server was great. Very attentive and quick! Casa Sensei is officially marked as a favorite for future dinners with my husband.
Great fusion idea, EVERYTHING was flavorful and great twist to the norm. Going back very soon!!
Overall everything was good. If you're in the neighborhood and want Asian it's not a bad choice but not memorable enough to travel out of your way.
Casa Sensei was great. It was super casual, the food was delicious and the staff was incredibly nice. We will definitely go back.
Casa Sensei has a diverse and interesting menu to please everyone. We had the best edamame ever, sprinkled with truffle oil and warm and tasty. The Miso marinated Sea Bass was excellent. Service is professional and very pleasant. We had delicious mojitos that are as good as South Beach. This os my favorite restaurant on Las Olas Boulevard.
Wonderful atmosphere, sat at a high top outside on the water. Food was amazing, started with edamame with truffle oil... a delight, moist beans with a flavorful finish..... next came Chino sticky ribs, St. Lewis ribs with Chinese bbq sauce .... tender and meaty ...followed up by charred octopus, tender and light meat, not rubbery. The grande finale was a shogun roll ..... Spicy tuna with scallions, Korean pepper topped with Wagyu beef and kimchi sauce it just melted in your mouth. For dessert I chose a chocolate martini and wasn’t disappointed, especially when it was accompanied by a full dish of a delicious cotton candy. Will definitely repeat.
Amazing time, and our server was great. Well knowledgeable of the menu. Thank you
Vacation and celebrating great vacations
Delicious ! Awesome staff
